House itself was very nice. We appreciated the space & setup. However, we did run into several problems that made our stay less enjoyable than hoped.-Water throughout the property (kitchen,toilet,bathtub) was yellow/green. We were told it was the reflection from the tub, but the color did lighten over time, suggesting it wasn’t just a reflection.-Pool was not clean on arrival. It had bugs, a lizard, and a frog. The cleaning machine was still inside the water. B/c of this, we couldn’t swim the first night, which was disappointing since that was the plan. A net was not provided to clean it ourselves.-Internet was unstable & went out completely at one point, making it difficult to use during the stay.-Electricity/AC stopped working on the 2nd floor, which made it uncomfortable.-Refrigerator did not cool properly the first day. We were told to keep it closed for 8hrs, which was frustrating since we had perishable food that needed immediate refrigeration after a long drive & there is no way not to open for 8hrs.-The emergency contact number provided was never answered, which defeats the purpose of having one. All communication had to be done through Vrbo msgs, which were slow and often did not address all the questions. We eventually had to chase down someone in person just to get proper answers.Overall, property has potential & could be a great place with better maintenance & more responsive management, but the number of issues we faced definitely affected our experience.
