Tom, a moose in the yard is the kind of moment no guidebook can promise, so it is great that one showed up for you. The location paired with that kind of wildlife encounter makes for a hard stay to beat.

This was a great place, well stocked and very peaceful! We had a great time and even saw a mom and baby moose splashing in the pond below.

Amazing stay. Just south of Breckenridge. And close to all the other towns surrounding Breck. Beautiful views from every window. Comfortable bedding and seating.throughout to accommodate large groups.. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you may need, even an Instapot. The hot tub is fiest class. Checkin was simple and the support and communication was great. Super simple checkout procedures. Highly recommend this property.

We say enough good things about this property. We loved the location that was just slightly over Hoosier Pass. It was quick 12 minutes drive to both FairPlay and Breckenridge. This property was clean and well laid out for us. Beds were all very comfortable. The lower level basement room was perfect and convenient for my husband and me and our dogs as it was right by the front door. Your dogs must be on leash or off-leash reliable here as there is no fenced in yard. Our other family members took over the 3rd floor so we all had good separation. We did not use the bedroom on the 2nd floor but it was where the access to the hot tub was. Plenty of room for all of us to sit and watch TV. Living room furniture was comfy. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. We cooked a lot during our stay. The hot tub was a big plus after long days of driving or hiking.If you are coming to the Breckenridge area, look no further. Communication from the host was excellent and check in procedure very easy. We plan to make this rental our go-to when we come back to Breckenridge.

We had everything we needed in this rental space. Very large home with plenty of room for big families or space to spread out for those who like their own spaces.

Lovely views, easy access off the highway. Hot tub was great with wonderful views of the stars. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and easy to make some simple meals. Well worth the price. And, management was quick with responses to all my questions- a huge plus!
Front deck had a great view- would be perfect in warm weather for hanging out!

The house was great! The host was very attentive. The only issue we had was the first night the water was barely warm for showers but I messaged them and they came and fixed the vet next day and were very apologetic! Would stay here again!

This house was perfect for our family and the mountain views are incredible! The house was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening. It's location south of Breckenridge is perfect for hiking trail access. Some of the best trails in Summit county are close by. The house is also located in an area that you can see a lot of really cool mountain wildlife.

Loved the cabin!

We had a fantastic time staying here...kids and dogs were happy, adults enjoyed having separate spaces, and we were lucky enough to get a fresh dusting of powder to make it completely picturesque!

Great place for hiking

Amazing Mountain Getaway

We loved staying here! It's a short drive outside of Breck, but we enjoyed the quiet mountain neighborhood with lots of wildlife sighting opportunities. The dogs were so happy they could come with!!

Dog friendly awesome

Wonderful views with quiet neighborhood to walk dogs. Affordable dog friendly places are difficult to find in Breckenridge, this place was perfect.
