WOODBURNING FIREPLACE, RADIANT HEATED FLOORS, & outdoor firepit and propane grill (summer/fall use only). Aspen Log furniture. You will most likely see moose/deer/fox and bear! MONTHLY RATE DISCOUNTED-INQUIRE- (SKI SEASON 10K A MONTH, SUMMER 7K)
2 story home--2 LIVING ROOMS! MUST have a 4WD or AWD vehicle, or snow tires from Oct-June given the snow/mountains here- no joke!!!

We really enjoyed the secluded surroundings and plenty of wildlife to watch from the hot tub. House had everything we needed and can’t wait to go back.

Our stay was perfect. Cabin is comfortable and perfectly located minutes drive to Breck and Mt Quandry trailhead. Absolute beautiful views of Mt Quandry from the back porch and hot tub. Cabin offers privacy and seclusion from neighbors with lots of trees surrounding the property. Carrie was quick to respond to our messages.

Sweet cabin with mountain decor! Beautiful location and private! Just minutes outside Breck! Modern hot tub and sauna! Our stay was over Memorial Day weekend and we enjoyed dining alfresco with beautiful views! Hot tubs and star gazing.

Great property have stayed in Breckenridge before but Blue River was much better choice this time great house great location close to downtown

Best Cabin!!

Our family absolutely loved this cabin, the views are amazing, and it is close to town. We had everything we needed to cook family dinners and enjoyed hanging out in the cabin and hot tub! We enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back next year!!

Gorgeous place!

Amazing stay with a very kind and responsive host. The view from the hot tub was spectacular. There’s plenty of space and cozy furniture. I hope to come back someday!

Had an amazing time! Close enough to town, but far enough to be in the wilderness! Great property. Would love to come back in summer!!Only regret we had, was we did not stay longer!!

This cozy cabin in the woods is great. The hot tub is awesome along with the view. We did find that it needs a good spring cleaning.

The view was beautiful! It is also a very quiet location, enough off the highway to allow for peaceful days and nights. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill worked nicely. There were plenty of beds, so if you have a large group, there is space for everyone. The TVs are only on the lower level, which is accessed by a spiral staircase. It would be nice to have a TV on the main level. The house is beautiful but could use a deep clean. We noticed lots of spider webs and a bunch of moths under the dining table. The sauna was very nice. The hot tub had a wonderful view, but could use a cleaning. The filters were clogged with debris and there was a ring around it. We didn’t use it much for that reason. There were plenty of towels and throw blankets to keep everyone comfortable. The washer and dryer were nice to have as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time.

This cabin was a gem, beautiful location, loved the hot tub, and the sauna! The only thing that they can improve on is cleaning up any clutter and trash, left behind by other guests, and doing checks on their kitchenware, a lot of it was broken, burned, melted, the knives were dull, which was a bummer because we did a lot of cooking and it was difficult with their mediocre kitchen supplies. If a lot of the kitchen supplies were replaced, we would definitely consider staying here again! The property manager was very communicative and brought items that were missing in the cabin.

Perfect Mountain Getaway for Families!

The cabin was so charming and cozy! Our young boys had so much fun exploring and playing on the property and us adults enjoyed the beautiful deck and views. The hot tub was a hit for the whole family! Pictures don't do it justice. There was also more space than we expected, with a whole downstairs living area and queen bunk beds. We hope to plan another trip here in the Fall!

The house offered plenty of space for a group, and the pet‑friendly setup was a huge bonus for traveling with our fur babies. Such a relaxing place to stay — I’d absolutely recommend it.

Peaceful getaway and a great host!

I rented this home with my family, six adults and two children. It was perfect for us! The kids slept in the queen bunk beds downstairs, but they had a hard time deciding between that and the fun twin beds in the loft above one of the upstairs bedrooms. Cozy living room, especially with the wood stove turned on! We cooked in the kitchen both nights and had everything we needed. Also loved the hot tub and sauna after a long day of skiing. The view off the back porch is beautiful - tall trees and mountains! It is about 12 minutes from Breckenridge. There are neighbors nearby but you really feel isolated (in a good way). If there is snow on the ground you 100% need AWD/4WD to get to the house. Truly the only negative of our stay was a hiccup during the check in process. However, Carrie took care of that pretty quickly. She was a great host and communicated often, especially as a big storm was rolling in before our stay. She was flexible and understanding. I would highly recommend this house to others!
