Perfect house for a group of 10, its location is ideal. House had all the amenities we needed. Process was seamless with the host. I highly suggest renting the golf carts to get around the island as public parking can be challenging. Overall an amazing experience, we will be back!

Wonderful stay! Clean home, awesome location, easy communication. Home was well stocked and we used the golf carts to get around every day! Beautiful backyard/pool and comfortable beds. Perfect place for our large group of 16. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Salty Sea's!

We had a wonderful stay at Salty Sea's; the house had everything we needed, was comfortable and is in an amazing location. We were able to see the sunrise from the front deck and Bean Point was just across the street. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and can't say enough great things about it! The house itself is beautiful and well-appointed, but the backyard was the real showstopper — a stunning pool area that feels like a private oasis. We spent hours out there and never wanted to leave.The location is unbeatable. A quick trip to the beach, and surrounded by fantastic shops and restaurants — everything you could want is right at your fingertips.This place checks every box, and we're already talking about coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Would highly recommend .

We had a wonderful time at Salty Saes. The location could not be beat, steps away from the beach. The house was so well appointed, and having two apartments worked perfectly for our situation of two families traveling together. The pool with the hot tub was amazing, the outdoor kitchen and the most comfortable outdoor chairs, made for such great relaxation. We took full advantage of all the things, such as the bikes, beach chairs, kayaks, and games Absolutely wonderful time, could not recommend it more.

We loved our stay at AMI. The house was exactly as described online. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the fact I was able to have our entire family come and be together but choose to have some alone time on our separate floors was just absolutely perfect.

Perfect Beach Stay

Perfect location on AMI with wonderful host who communicated right away to answer any questions we had. Pool and backyard area amazing and the walk across the street to the most beautiful beach is hard to beat!Close to the shops with new electric golf carts made everything easy. We loved this stay!

Fun with Friends!

Four couples from four states, lifetime friends! This house was just perfect for our gathering. The kitchen(s) are well stocked, everything was clean and as expected. Loved exploring in the golf carts and walking on the beach! The pool and the hot tub area was a super place to laugh, relax, eat, and play games! And what a beautiful view of the Gulf! Salty Seas hit all the right buttons!

Best family vaction

The house was perfect for a family vacation with older children/grandchildren. The grandparents and parents had their space and the children/grandchildren had their space. With a beautiful pool area to hang out together and the beautiful beach across the street!

Golf carts and pool area was our favorite things

Over all it was a good place to stay we did notice under the beds where pretty dirty and like the mast bed room door upstairs needs to be fixed but over all it was nice

Omg what a great house and such attentive owners. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing, fun long weekend get away. The outdoor space was amazing. The owners were easily available for any questions or concerns. We had an issue with the outdoor tv which the owner quickly replaced so we could watch the football game pool size. The beach access is across the street for easy beach days. We were 8 adults that had a fantastic weekend at a beautiful community

Great Place in a Great Location

We had a family vacation with a total of 11 of us. Grandparents, kids, and grandkids. The location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach. The pool area was perfect for getting together and hanging out. It was nice having the duplex option so that there was some seperation but we all could get together for meals and socializing. We definitely would rent again. AMI is beautiful and relaxing. The hosts were great and worked with us. I highly recommend this place if you want to get away and relax.

What an amazing location! Great beaches with fantastic sand and swimming. Plenty of space on the beach at this end of AMI, guessing because of the limited parking for those driving in, so staying is here is ideal. Home has great amenities and something for everyone. The outdoor space is fantastic and accommodated our entire group of a dozen people. Kids loved the pool as a great option before and after going to the beach. Highly recommend AMI as a family vacation spot. Eating and shopping not within walking distance of the home so the golf carts are essential. So fun to be able to cruise around and explore the island on them. Hosts are very responsive and helpful, very appreciated!

We had the most amazing stay at this property on Anna Maria Island! We had 12 people total — 6 adults and 6 kids — and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The layout was perfect for a large group, and having two full kitchens made meals and snacks so easy.The pool was absolutely incredible warm, clean, and the perfect hangout spot for both kids and adults. We especially loved the fridge by the pool (such a game changer). The beach is literally right across the street, which made going back and forth effortless. Honestly, you do not need a car the entire island is so walkable and convenient.The amenities were above and beyond. Bikes, Golf carts, wagons, beach chairs, towels everything you could possibly need was already there. It made the whole trip feel stress-free and easy.We truly cannot say enough good things about this property. It made our vacation unforgettable, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Falsely Advertised and Dishonest Host

While this property has incredible potential, it was clearly not ready to be rented at the time of our stay. The host did not even own the property at the time we booked on VRBO. Photos on the listing were renderings and photo-shopped. Falsely claimed sleeping for 16 people. Numerous safety hazards and the majority of the listed amenities were not provided.

I closed on this property 8/29/24, then 2 Hurricanes hit it a month later. I worked tirelessly on getting this property ready for our first renter, December 28th, but some outlets were not plated, there were several issues we offered to fix immediately, but Anna refused to give us access. The photos were made to show what we had ordered, 10 chaise lounges from Yardbird, 4 cantilever umbrellas, a Weber griddle grill, this home has 6 bedrooms sleeping 12 adults and both great rooms have sofa sectional couches which form together to sleep 2 or 3 more - each level, but we say 16. 12 adults max, 4 children. That’s how the occupancy is set. Anna disputed this with VRBO and Lost because she refused access for us to address anything once she’d arrived. This property is finished, stunning and ready for occupancy. I’m happy to prove that to anyone who asks.

Our extended family gathered to celebrate my wife's retirement and couldn't have asked for a better place to get together for this special occasion. This was our first time at Anna Maria Island and we will definitely be reaching out to Carolyn and AMI Luxury Accommodations for our next stay. Carolyn was a fantastic host, answering all of our questions promptly via text and keeping us well informed prior to and throughout the stay. Everyone had an absolutely fabulous time at this beautiful 2-story house. There was more than enough room at this spacious six-bedroom house for our entire family of 14 (plus 1 cat) to comfortably stay. The property had a fantastic view of beautiful Anna Maria beach and provided everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks, bikes and kitchen utensils and supplies. The pool area had more than enough comfortable lounge chairs and the spa and amazing covered bar area were perfect for everyone to gather and chill after spending a great day at the beach, fishing, kayaking or tooling around town on the two amazing golf carts. We unanimously highly recommend this house.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home—but better! Highlights of our stay: Beautifully Designed Space: Every detail of the house is thoughtfully curated, from the coastal-inspired decor to the modern amenities. It’s even better than the photos! Amazing Amenities: The pool was a favorite spot for our family to relax after a day at the beach, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare food and drinks. Prime Location: Just a short walk to the beach and close to Anna Maria’s amazing restaurants and shops. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Comfort and Cleanliness: The property was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made us feel well-rested every morning. We can’t recommend “Salty Seas” enough. It’s a true gem on Anna Maria Island and the perfect spot to create lasting memories. We’re already planning our next stay! Can’t wait to come back!
