Our family of 20 comfortably filled this house. The location was excellent for us, with a short walk to the beach and to the main shopping area. The pool was perfect for the kids.

The location was phenomenal! This was our first time with our family of 18 and we would rent this house again.

This house is amazing. It’s huge! It fit our family of 16 well. We never felt cramped. The pool was amazing ! Hot tub was great. Communication was good. Once the office opened after Labor Day they were super responsive. They took care of most of our needs in a timely manner. I just wish the kitchen was a little more stocked. But we made due and they even brought me some cookie sheets! I would definitely stay at this place again! Don’t hesitate to book this beauty!

We enjoyed the property accommodations for our large group. Having bed and bath for everyone, the pool and golf was good for all. Elevator came in handy. Had a few issues-blew breakers first night, ice maker in wet bar didn’t work, several beach chairs were broken, would be nice to have more bath towels and wash cloths for that many people. Place needs a good thorough cleaning and updated furniture for living room. Was close to beach and walking distance to several spots to eat, etc.

Our elevator did not operate for the entire week. They tried to fix it, but were unable to get the service team to the house. There is only one fridge in the house, our bar fridge was not working. We were told on Monday it would be replaced/repaired Tuesday morning; it was never replaced. The furniture throughout the house is extremely worn and soiled. It is gross. With a house that sleeps 20, there should be 2 refrigerators. I also feel there should be 2 dishwashers in a house this size. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms, it dripped the entire trip on the bed in a second floor bedroom. The entire house needs to be painted as well. The walls are damaged and scuffed.I asked the property manager for a partial refund and there was no response.
