Come enjoy this beautiful area just outside the bustle of downtown in the peaceful, forest and beach ridden West Seattle. A central location and close bus stop make getting around easy.

The home is modern and spacious. The yard is perfect for bbqs/games. Fast wifi and a deluxe office set-up make remote work easy - then wind down by the fire and watch the sunset from the balcony. Come get away at 4 Square Escape! The space: This is a 3-story home with a yard and patio. The entry level has a fully-stocked kitchen and spacious living area with a smart tv and Super Nintendo. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub. The top floor is a private primary bedroom with a smart tv, large bathroom and balcony (with fire table and chairs). The yard is sizable and can support games and hang outs easily.

Great location. Very quiet area. Easy access to the City as well as Alki beach. Lots of room for the 5 of us. Tons of board games, outdoor games available. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. Host was very responsive and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Visit to Hometown

We enjoyed this property very much. It was conveniently located near our family in Seattle, large enough for 7 guests with ample beds, clean and well appointed, reasonably priced, and the hosts were very friendly. Overall, we had a great experience and plan to stay here again in the future!

We found the home cozy and inviting when we arrived. Amenities were as advertised, and the kitchen area was larger than it appears in the photo. There were 4-cooks preparing Thanksgiving meal with no problems. The owners are great!! We will certainly seek to stay here again our next visit.

Our stay at the VRBO was smooth starting at checkin. The property was clean and easy to access. Very short walk to the bus stop for the H line which we used to get to the Farmers Market in West Seattle and downtown for the Bainbridge Ferry. We checked out some sights and eats recommended by the host and loved every one. Close to QFC (Koger/Frys) so you can pick up all your meal needs. I would consider this very family friendly.

5 Stars for the 4 Square Escape

This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood close to great food and convenience to local markets for shopping. It’s a quick 10-15 drive downtown to all the popular places to visit in Seattle. House was in perfect condition and includes everything you need to cook or just relax. There were a selection of spices and oils for light cooking as well as Nespresso coffee pods and sweeteners! Beds were all very comfortable! We appreciate the extras with rentals and will definitely be back!

Wonderful escape

We stayed at 4 Square Escape on our west coast tour with sightseeing in Seattle for 2 days. The home is clean and well equipped, beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious. The home has 3 levels- master bedroom is amazing on the 3rd level. Everyone in our group loved the showers- hot water and great water pressure. The host is very responsive, it took only minutes to fix the entry code when it did not work the first time. We enjoyed relaxing time after a busy day sight seeing - very comfortable and beautiful home. The distance to the city is acceptable- just try to avoid rush hour.

I play rec soccer with my friends and I frequent all the amazing breweries Seattle has to offer. As a host I find great joy in welcoming people to this beautiful place. I wouldn’t live anywhere else!

West Seattle is the best of both worlds. I have lived in several places in the area - In more quiet, rural areas and right in the city action.
This location offers a perfect balance. You can experience the perks of suburban peacefulness, privacy and spaciousness, while being just 15 minutes from the excitement of downtown. Diverse beaches, parks, and forests are right at your fingertips. And a bus stop just two blocks away provides a 20 minute ride to the stadiums and the city. The ferry system is also a great way to get around. The West Seattle water taxi goes back and forth from the heart of downtown and the other ferries can take you across the sound to the Olympics. Not to mention you’ll be just 15 minutes from SeaTac airport!

It is modern and spacious.
It has a full kitchen and a yard perfect for bbqs and yard games. We just added a brand new patio in the side yard as well!
We provide beach items, yard games, and even a Super Nintendo. The large balcony on the third level puts you up in the beautiful evergreen trees with a great sunset view by the fire table.
