It was in a great location and was everything was as advertised. The rooms were all clean and all the amenities were provided. Highly recommend for a stay in a great Seattle neighborhood.

great place to stay if you’re traveling to seattle! it is a good spot to not have to worry about paying for parking like in downtown seattle or any town areas. my only “complaint” that isn’t really a complaint is the garage is very tight & the driveway in front of the garage is very steep so just be aware of that, but overall a really nice place to stay!

We loved our stay here! Our family had a great time! The home was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated! The beds, bedding, and towels were very soft and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and we really appreciated the Keurig for coffee in the morning!

Traveling for an SPU graduation with a group of 5. This place was so comfortable and spacious—the whole family was happy and relaxed. Easy walk to SPU campus, to Fremont for restaurants or to the canal trail for a run. The garage was a rare perk in this area. More affordable than booking 2 hotel rooms and we could cook for ourselves.

Great stay in North Queen Anne! Very convenient to UW. Easy parking with use of garage. Comfortable beds and cozy place to stay with family. Highly recommend!

The place has plenty of room and a nice outdoor areas it was walking distance to SPU where our son goes to college.

Great Location

This property was very clean and in a great location. A ew hiccups with getting access to enter the property, but other than that, a great stay.

Enjoyable Property

The property is in a great location. Easy to explore Queen Anne and Fremont. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was a bonus for us.

Fabulous stay

This house in Queen Anne was fantastic. Our family of 4 had plenty of space to spread out and relax after our Seattle adventures. The house is just as advertised with comfortable beds, very soft sheets and fluffy towels. I highly recommend this home.

Nice Queen Ann location

Property worked great for our family gathering, clean and plenty of space and bathrooms. Kitchen needs a frying pan otherwise great property. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfection

The location, the environment, the atmosphere were all what was in the online description. Very peaceful and welcoming and worth every penny( not pricey either).

Convenient and cost effective

As advertised in listing. Convenient and walkable area. Very cost effective for the amount of beds/baths. Perfect for family with loud snorer who had his own bathroom and bedroom on the first floor.

What a lovely, comfortable, peaceful property! My family of four (adult kids) stayed here, and it worked out very well. Comfortable beds, air conditioning if we needed it, super soft towels in the bathroom, plenty of amenities in the kitchen (though we did not cook much), and close proximity to many things. Check-in was super easy and if we had a question, property managers were very responsive. Having the garage space was key as parking can be tight in this area. I also appreciated the Keurig for morning coffee since we didn’t have time to go to the store our first night there. Wonderful place.

Stop before Alaska

The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Short walk to Mod Pizza, coffee shops, gelato, and on Sunday a street fair. 2.5 mile walk to the space needle or easy Uber ride. About 3 miles from Pikes Place Market and 3.5 from Underground Seattle. 25 minute Uber ride from the airport.

Very Clean in University Neighbourhood

Very clean - tidy and bright. If you have a large vehicle, it will not fit in garage, but plenty of space on the road.
