Beautiful new home in a quiet neighborhood, adjacent to the Woodlands, that is centrally located to everything. This home is just two miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and two miles to downtown Estes Park. As you walk in, you can't help but notice the large spacious living area with twenty-foot wall of windows to enjoy the surrounding mountains. Step out onto the large deck to enjoy breathtaking views of Castle Mountain and rock cropings on this 1.3 acre property. Relax on the outdoor sectional or at the dining table with gas fire pit while you cook on the gas grill. Enjoy a restful night in one of the three large bedrooms with king beds on the main level and two bedrooms with bunk beds on the walkout level, that provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to twelve people. After a fun day of adventure and sightseeing, you can relax in a private hot tub to soothe sore muscles, play games with family and friends, or take in a movie. This amazing home will provide you with all the comforts needed to enjoy a wonderful Rocky Mountain Vacation.

Mountain Trip

Wonderful property! This place had it all, it was spacious, close to town, the kitchen had all the items needed to prepare meals, and it was spotless. Checking in and out was VERY easy and they were so accommodating when we discovered I had forgotten my suitcase in the property after we left. This place is a 10 out of 10 and I can’t wait to stay with them again.

Beautiful retreat

The house was wonderful! It was clean, well stocked, and full of extra surprises. Not only were there more than enough toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies provided, but there were also a plethora of dishes, cookware, and utensils. A few appreciated surprises were a baby gate, strollers, pack and plays, a high chair, baby/children's toys, and a variety of sleds. The location is beautiful, there were animals to see out of the windows everyday!

Fantastic Stay, Beautiful House

Great stay, for our family of 11, the house was just perfect. Plenty of space for all of us to hang out without feeling crowded. Beautiful location, close to town. Communication with property management was excellent, very responsive.

Great Place for Family

Overall great experience! No issues communicating with host at any point prior to or during our trip. Great, large space for our family of adults in this beautiful home. So many visits from the wildlife during our stay too and a quick drive to RMNP.

This lovely home was very spacious and was supplied well with all you need to keep your family happy. There was an abundance of bath towels and hot tub towels. The kitchen had everything it needed for cooking, baking, and preparing food. The appliances were very high end. We really enjoyed that it had several living areas, both inside and out. A very lovely place to stay!

Amazing home with great views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was plenty big enough for all 11 adults to have their own space and enjoy each other’s company. The house was fitted with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as the bathrooms. We can’t wait to visit Estes Park again!

We Will Be Back

This was our second stay at the property and we had as much fun this time as the previous time. The wildlife was entertaining--birds, elk, and turkeys. The house allows ample space with areas for games, quiet reading time, and eating and is well appointed. The hot tub was a highlight. We were thankful for the guest information on how to operate the dishwasher, as it can be a challenge.. Looking forward to stay #3.

Beautiful home and location

Our family came from all over to meet up here. We had a 1 year old, 10 and 12 year old. The place was VERY well stocked for infant/toddlers and the bigger kids had a blast with the pool table and shuffle board. We all enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding neighborhood and all of the wild animals that passed through each day. HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone.

It's a beaut!

What a wonderful house to share with friends and children. We had so much wildlife that would pass by daily. The kitchen is well equipped which was a plus! There are many places to hike close to the house and the hot tub was amazing after a long hiking day. We also loved the table fireplace and games that were available with the house! The pictures really don't do the property justice.

Perfect mountain retreat!

This beautiful cabin was designed just right to accommodate our family group-adults and children. It was clean and well supplied with supplies and with games and entertainment. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Perfect spot

We had a family girls weekend here. There was plenty of space to spread out and comfortable sleeping for all. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. The deck was a beautiful gathering place and we enjoyed the hot tub!! We also saw lots of wildlife including a bear, turkeys, deer and the biggest elk I’ve ever seen. We were there for the wine festival and were thrilled to find out that the shuttle picks up and drops off very nearby. So convenient and it’s free!! We had a fantastic stay and would like to stay there again!

Enjoyed

Our family of Twelve ranging from 7 & up to 70 had a wonderful time. When we were at the house the kids were happy with all the games as well as the adults. Rooms were great & comfortable for all. We loved sitting on the deck every morning & evening and you could see 6-7 turkeys in the yard. Also saw a deer close by. RMNP just a few miles away and Estes Park also a couple miles. We would love to return someday & I would recommend to anyone!

Perfect family reunion house!

We met family from Nebraska, Montana and Texas at this house and it was the perfect house and location for us. The beds were comfortable and fit the 12 of us comfortably. We were so close to downtown Estes and to Rocky Mountain National Park but had the peacefulness of being right outside of town. We would definitely go back.

No need for me to try to expand on the over one hundred 5 star reviews. They are all accurate! Our family of 7 adults and 4 children enjoyed every minute of our stay. Seeing the family of 17 turkeys grazing in the back area, or the 8 point elk walking through the area or the deer up on the hill directly behind the house were just some off the highlights for us. The house was great, the location to area activities was great, and the mountains are spectacular. Just one hint: if you are going into the National Park make sure you have all the entry reservations made before you go -- the park limits the number of vehicles each day.

Fantastic

We stayed with our two children and spouses along with five grandchildren. We absolutely loved the space as there was room to be together but never over crowded. The kitchen was fabulous and we used the outdoor deck the most. The proximity to downtown Estes and the Fall River Entrance for RMNP could not be better. The location was quiet and we enjoyed elk and turkey passing through the backyard almost every night. Thank you for a wonderful home to enjoy!
