Newly Remodel Cottage, with View of Wells Beach 2 Minutes Away

Lovely morning sunrises over wells beach. Convenient to shopping, beaching, sightseeing, antiqueing, restaurants, museums. If you do not want to drive the trolly stops at the property and will take you to surrounding towns and beaches.

Newly remodeled 2 bdrm/1 bath, full kitchen, lvrm/dingrm, 1 queen bed in master, 2 dbls. In 2nd bdrm, glass/screen porch, oceanview, pool, spa, laundry, library, bbq grill, picnic table, shuffleboard, wifi, new flat screen tv. Trolley stops at property and goes to wells beach, kennebunk, ogunquit, york & sanford. 2 play areas for kids, basketball, horseshoes, volleyball, laundry.

Parking for 2 vehicles. Sheets, pillow cases and towels are available for a fee or you may bring your own.
Small non shedding dog accepted.

Ocean getaway

We all enjoyed our stay. Was relaxing for us and our two small dogs. Very clean and was happy to see a keirug machine for coffee. Close to many things stores and restaurants along with the beach. Only wished the tvs were smart tvs but one of us bought a Roku so we were able to watch shows on that instead of watching regular tv at night.

Cozy stay

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The cottage was cozy and comfortable and we would definitely stay again. The kitchen was fully stocked so if we had chosen to cook we would have had everything we needed. The location was perfect, directly off of rte 1 and just a short drive to all of our favorite locations. The property managers were very helpful and friendly and the property owners were very welcoming, and friendly, at the last minute we decided to extend our stay and Larry worked directly with me to make it happen. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent

Cottage very neat & clean. Everything you need for cooking etc. close to everything. Only negative I have is no railing on the steps going in. Husband uses a cane and difficult to navigate the entrance.

We had a great time. The only issue was the couch and recliner were very uncomfortable for watching some TV. Definitely would like to book again for next year!

Wells cottage

A few things were disappointing the laundry situation and the lighting could use an upgrade. Nicole and dining on things like garbage bags and toilet paper aren’t necessary esp for 2 week rental

Comfortable Accomodations

Very nice, clean cottage. Lots of space. Nice community of cottages. Owner and staff were very helpful. Our dog enjoyed walks and our grandson enjoyed visiting and playing on the "pirate ship."

Perfect fall getaway

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops, but very quiet in the evenings. The cottage was clean and well equipped. Please note you need to bring your own blankets due to COVID.

Super vacation spot

This place is by far, the cleanest, adorably and simply decorated, with all the supplies needed for cooking, sleep and comfort we have rented in a long time. Very quiet at night, too, so getting sleep was not problem. The family loved the pool and hot tub.

Vacation at Watercrest Cottages

The cottage was very well kept and clean. It was close to attractions and a shuttle was across the street to take visitors to the beach and other locations. The cottages are located right on Route 1 which is a major road, however. the cottage was far enough away from the road to not hear any traffic noise. There are books, puzzles and DVD's available in the laundry room which is a short walk away. There was enough space in the cottage for 4 adults. Overall we had a very nice time.

Family friendly cottage

It was a bad start at check in as my reservation had not been entered (I had made the reservations around February). and my cottage was booked to someone else. The office worker was finally able to switch things around, but by then my blood pressure had elevated. The cottage was very nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were great and my grandson especially liked the big sandbox and the pirate ship. Would not mind staying there again, but next time would double check my reservation or would book directly with Watercrest cottages and NOT Homeaway

Lovely Family oriented community

The attached 2 Bedrm cottage is very clean, well laid out and comfortable. The kitchen is very spacious but has limited cooking supplies. Bring dish towels and dish soap and everything you'll need for meal prep. The grill was not functioning properly but was addressed quickly. However dinner was delayed 😕 The parking is directly in front of the cottage which is convenient but not very scenic. It's close proximity to the beach makes this cottage an affordable option in Wells.
