➢ Driveway is not available. We can do street parking in front of the house only.

➢ Dryer is not functional. Washer is located outside of your unit and is dedicated for you to use.

➢ We do not have a dishwasher and dryer for clothes

➢ No cable and streaming devices or account available. Guest must use their account such as Netflix etc.

➢ Feel free to use the Grill but you need to bring your own charcoal and grill utensils.

➢ For weekly stays, we only provide initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels etc. Guest need to be responsible for their own supplies after initial set is depleted
