Thank you so much Wendy. You guys were amazing !!! You are quite right, with the GPS it’s somewhat tricky to find the apartment. It’s always better to follow our turn-by-turn driving directions. Also, the only reason the garage door was used this time is because we had some maintenance work done. We normally use the side door to access the garage. Yes, you are correct, it is normal to hear some noises and talking from next door, because California building style is different due to our codes. This happens even more so in hotels due to the rooms being right next to each other. We are happy to hear you liked staying in our apartment and hope very much to see you again :-)

Thanks for the review.The heater works very well and there was an extra heater in the bedroom closet. There is no additional fee for late check in/out, as the door has a key pad. Late check out just needs to be requested and approved, just like at a hotel, due to new guests check in.To turn the heater off when you leave was just a suggestion as stated, not a requirement. The travel size shampoos were left by another guest, we supply large bottles. It sounds like housekeeping forgot to put another one there. There is absolutely "NO CLEANING" required, Only a suggestion if you could remove the linens from the bed. But again this is not a requirment, as stated. I wish you would have reached out to me. Then I would have made all of this clearer to you and your stay would've been a 5-star, as you deserve. We hope to see you again.

Awww...I wish you would have said something to me about the warm bedroom. I could have shown you how to cool it. The airconditioner cools the whole apartment :-)
