Comfortable queen-size bed with luxurious sheets and pillows along with a couch that turns into a queen-size bed. The kitchen is complete with all you need for meal prep including a full-size refrigerator.

You set the control for the heat and air with a dedicated unit to enjoy in your place.

The bathroom is outfitted with luxurious towels and soaps to use.

Enjoy your coffee, work-from-home zoom calls, or a nice bbq meal while sitting on the couch in front of the fire pit, on your own private, secured large patio.

This location is in a quiet neighborhood with rolling hills, close to Starbucks and local parks and trails, and a short walk to the back of the property to visit Larry the llama, Bob the alpaca, Daisy the pig, and their motley crew of other animals.

Gracious hosts and lovely space

I spent five nights with my dog and we were both comfortable. Very relaxing and quiet space with a park and walking/biking paths right nearby. All the animals were so fun to have at the back of the property, too. I came for some rest and solitude. A very easy and clean space and the kitchenette has everything you'll need. Heidi and Todd were the perfect hosts, giving me complete privacy but available if needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in the area. Wonderful hosts, clean room with everything you need for a trip. The grounds are beautiful and there’s a bike trail at the back of the property PLUS they have wonderful animals you can hang with on site. I really love when I get to stay here. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet. Book here you won’t be disappointed!

Another Great Stay!

This is my 3rd week staying at the property and it’s been amazing! Room is always clean, the beds super comfy and the owners are very kind and thoughtful. I’ve been staying here while attending training courses. Would highly recommend!

Great 2nd Stay!

This was my second weeks stay and it was as great as the first. Clean, peaceful and relaxing. Perfect spot after a long day of training. The bed is very comfortable, the host is very kind and the neighborhood is very very safe! I highly recommend staying here and will be back again soon!

Best VRBO ever!!!!

My son was in town for some schooling and we needed something close to his school. I spoke with the host since as this is the first time my son traveled alone and Todd was kind, considerate, and so helpful in making me feel comfortable with my son’s stay. The location is peaceful, the room spotless and the grounds are more than you could hope for. It’s a truly magical spot and you feel grateful to have the opportunity to stay there. You must visit their lovely animals…they were all wonderful but Bob was the star. Book with confidence you won’t be disappointed. Safe Travels.

2nd time we stayed here

This is our favorite VRBO place to stay. The owners are onsite, very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of friendly people. The kitchen and the outdoor space make meal prep easy.

Great place

We were all looking for a budget friendly place to stay so we could go to a friend's wedding. My husband and I and two friends stayed here. It was a tight space and there is not much privacy. Cool Place

The room and patio area were great for me and my dog. I really enjoyed feeding the animals and walking around the neighborhood. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

My husband and I came to visit family near by and this place was the perfect location! Very cute place, it was nice and clean. We felt very comfortable staying here. We also saw the Illama and alpaca farm in the back of the house. So cute and the animals were so friendly. My only suggestion would be to add more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on but otherwise we had a very nice stay. Thank you so much!

Quiet in Midst of the Adventures

This property was everything we hoped for! While it’s outside of “LA proper,” the extra bit of driving is worth staying here. The area was cozy and private where I felt we could truly get rested after long days. Parking and access to the space is a breeze and the surrounding area is worth checking out. The hosts were responsive and the animals on property was awesome! Highly recommend making this apart of your trip.

An Amazing Weekend

Todd was so incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. We arrived to a clean, crisp (AC on - a very hot day), and adorable apartment. This is honestly the best VRBO I think I’ve stayed in. Todd also introduced us to the animals! It was such a fun and unique experience to cap off our trip. It was lovely getting to know him and the animals better. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We had an amazing stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The kids absolutely adored Bob and Larry and are already taking about visiting them again. The property was super clean, and we appreciated the easy access. The location was stunning, offering beautiful views all around. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in simi valley. The host family was friendly and responsive. The outdoor space let us entertain. Great places to walk a dog and lots of friendly neighborhood dog walkers.

We were greeted by very friendly, thoughtful, helpful host, Todd. The place is immaculate. Very large patio with large umbrellas. We enjoyed meeting some animals & feeding them. We hope to return soon.

This property was gorgeous. Beautiful, tastefully decorated guest house that is perfect for two. We were there just one night but you will certainly feel like we did --- wishing you needed to stay longer. About five minutes away is a shopping center with Whole Foods and a decent Mexican place, and there are many restaurants, gasoline, shopping in the same area. Here's the best part - they have a pig, Llama, Alpaca, goat, and chickens; we were invited to feed them, so we got apples and carrots @ WF's. They are gentle eaters, no spitters, and well-loved pets. If you are looking for tasteful understated digs for two, this is the place - with benefits - unobtrusive owners, everything works, and lots of info in a folder. Enjoy!

Cute and comfy

We had a great visit. Hosts were flexible and helpful. Very friendly and kind. We did not have time to get out of the car and say hi to the animals, but drove by and wish we could have! Next time! The unit is very comfortably and feels home like. There were plenty of pillows and towels and all the necessities in the shower plus the much appreciated facial towelettes! The kitchen had all tools an appliances and a great coffee and tea selection. A great spot!
