We loved this townhouse which is only minutes on foot to the beach, was clean and spacious, equipped with beach supplies and towels, and is a great bargain. We’d definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay overall, but there was a very musty smell initially when we arrived. Once we got the a/c going it got a little better but it was still very strong. Wondering if it had to do with the airflow/or my sense of smell being heightened since I’m pregnant! Very convenient location & cute place!

Location was superb, close to beach, retail & restaurants! The place was clean & as expected via the listing. We had some “minor” key pad technical issues (probably user error?!) & the neighborhood was slightly more gentrified than expected yet quiet. The stairs are very steep in the home but all and all bedrooms were spacious. It could use more household items such as tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent & counter top cleaning only because closest store is 7-11. We had a nice time & would rent again.

Comfort just a few blocks from the beach

This is a great place with VERY comfortable beds and many other amenities. My siblings and I were in Deerfield Beach for family business. This was the perfect location for us! We would definitely stay again if the opportunity comes up.

Great Place

What a beautiful home! It was a great location, just a few blocks to town center & beach. Hostess was very responsive. Nice that it had beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. If I ever stay in Deerfield Beach again, I would love to stay here again!

The property is in a great location and overall very happy with the experience. It could have been cleaned slightly better prior to arrival, but it was not bad enough to be a problem. Overall very happy and will book again.

Perfect for Family of Four

Our family with two kids under eight enjoyed this townhome for a five-day stay. Foremost was the excellent responsiveness from the host. I had a few questions before and during the stay and received thorough answers quickly each time.

Good location and house

The house is in good condition, comfortable stay and location is good for the beach and restaurants. Has beach chairs too. Taking a star off because no supplies are provided at all, no toiletries, no coffee, no laundry supplies. The property managers should supply at least few days' worth of basic necessities.

We have rented in this four condo properties for five years. This is the second time for this rental. They are identical structural units each offering different amenities. We found this unit to be comfortable, close to the beach and very enjoyable outside space. With a new property manager we were able to quickly get help with some initial issues. This home offered walking distance to the beach and town and two parking spaces in their lot. Some of the furniture could use a refresh but on the whole very comfortable. Would rent again if I needed three bedrooms. Close proximity to restaurants,grocery and parks. Orations.

Coming from San Diego, we were looking for a beach stay to meet our adult daughter and friend who live on the Space Coast. We wanted to stay out of touristy areas but be close enough to go to events in South FL. Deerfield Beach worked out perfectly and this unit was fabulous. Three nice sized bedrooms with a short walk to the beach. Check-in and out was easy with code. We went to Hard Rock for Morgan Wallen and Inter Miami FC. Both were easy drives and nice to come back to a clean well decorated relaxing, beachy unit. Chairs, umbrellas, towels, and 2 bikes came in handy. Would definitely stay again!!

Great location

We have a wonderful time during our visit. But for three days straight since the day we arrived, the entire house smelled like mold, so we had to get air freshener. Also unfortunately the grill could not work because even after several time trying the gas will not turn on.

I wish you would have reached out to us letting us know you were having some issues. We weren’t aware that you were having problems with the grill. If so, we would have addressed the issue. This is the first we are hearing of any issues with the grill or a smell at the property. We will look into these issues. Thank you.

Lovely and great location

Location is amazing with close proximity to restaurants and the beach.Property was very clean and bright. Great communication with the owner. There was one minor issue at check in but it was resolved quickly. We did notice the odor others have mentioned but not until the last day when we turned the air conditioning on. Otherwise it was a lovely stay

Was not clean. Rugs were dirty vents where filthy, showers has mold on shower heads we cleaned ourselves. Mold/mildew on shower floors. Lots of things were rusty. There was only 4 towels total. There were no beach towels. There was no soap or bathroom products. The washer and dryer is in the garage, and also rusted on the top. Stairs were an odd size and depth, had to walk sideways down the stairs

We were surprised by your comments, as the home was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival, and our previous guests consistently rate us highly for cleanliness. There are multiple bath towels as well as beach towels provided in the linen closet, and additional supplies are always available upon request. We would have been happy to address anything immediately. We take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable home and will continue working closely with our cleaning and maintenance teams to uphold our standards.

Excellent location for beach access and dining experiences! Safe neighborhood for walking downtown. A few items that I feel should be shared regarding our stay. Host is very quick to respond which was nice. Check-in and out were quick and easy. Cleanliness was not the best. There was a smell in the property, which we were told was from the carpet cleaning. May not be an issue next time. Fan in upstairs bathroom needs the mold cleaned out of it. Fan in lower bathroom has a loud squealing noise. Water dispenser on fridge does not work. Stove is fine but don’t look in the bottom drawer. Needs some cleaning. Beds are very soft. All bedrooms are located upstairs. If you are traveling with older individuals or young children this may not be a recommended property. Staircase may be an issue. Host did supply toilet paper in all bathrooms and paper towel in kitchen. Beach equipment was nice. Overall our family was looking for location over all the bells and whistles. Property seems to be tired but functional.

Upon the arrival of this lovely townhouse, their lockbox was a little tricky, but we figured it out. All lockboxes are different but what I did like about this one is you did not need a key to the house! You just type in a code. The house was super clean. The beds were all made up, and I noticed the toilets and sinks and bathtubs have all been washed (i’m a bit of a stickler when it comes to that) The place is walking distance to a a souvenir and convenience stores as well as little shops for gelato & such, which made it very pleasant in the evenings for night walks! If you are a nightlife person, there was music playing, and people drinking and having fun, but I did not partake in those festivities. It was pretty close to all things that you need, but if you needed things from the Publix grocery store, just rent a car. The house was fully stocked with dishes and linens, as well as towels, beach, chairs, toys, and things for children, as well as babies. I loved how the garage was attached to the townhouse. Overall, the communication was spot on every time I had a question/concern about something. The backyard was a perfect patio size with a hammock that my 8yo daughter loved! I am coming back to this place in October for my sister‘s wedding! It’s the perfect place and neighborhood! I felt safe :) Thank you!
