Hemingway Coast to Coast is an ultra-modern sleek condo ideally located 2 short blocks from the ocean and the heart of it all. This well-appointed condo has cast iron pots for the cooking enthusiast. If you don't want to cook, you can take a short walk to enjoy some of Florida's best and only oceanfront dining and entertainment. You can also stroll over to the fabulous beachfront happy hour at the Royal Blues Hotel. Everything is within walking distance. The newly built Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier offers fishing and sightseeing. It even has underwater cameras to view the marine life. Deerfield Beach is great for scuba and snorkeling, surfing, jet skiing, kayaking or just collecting shells. Deerfield Beach has many lifeguards so you can feel safe swimming in the ocean. Hemingway Coast to Coast is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath stylish condo. It will surely impress with the many upgrades. The unit boasts luxury floors made from hand-picked marble tile from Turkey. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer exceptional views. The unit is on the top floor, so you can enjoy canal and intercoastal sunset views from the balcony.

The master bedroom is well equipped with a comfortable, top of the line Temper-Pedic king-size bed, flat-screen TV and a designer bathroom. The second bedroom features a premium posturpedic, queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV and a full bath. The living room is tastefully decorated and quite comfortable. It has a couch and 2 premium full-size air mattresses are available for additional sleeping. Internet is included.

Kitchen well-stocked, nice baths and pool, safe & secure

We stayed for almost a month in Dec 2024-Jan 2025 and had another couple visit for a week during that time. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and updated. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, bowls and daily dishware/silverware. The view of passing boats 2 blks away was something we enjoyed as well as hanging out at the quiet pool. The livingroom couch is not very comfortable; we placed double pillows behind us to sit up straight, but the rest of the furniture was good. The location was convenient to the beach (a lighted pedestrian crossing over A1A) and DB restaurants/bars/shops. Only gave 4 stars on location due to constant traffic noise from Hillsboro Ave and the construction noise of a new condo building one block away. The waterfall at the pool helped mask the traffic noise and by the end of the year the condos should be done, but just FYI, in case solitude is important to you. The property has a gated parking area and locked entries; I felt very safe in the neighborhood walking our dog.

Great getaway

The condo was cozy, clean and in a great area. Phyllis was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions I had. Loved relaxing on the balcony and enjoyed the pool.

Clean and Convenient

This lovely condo in Deerfield Beach was perfect for my husband and I. Close to the beach, walk to restaurants and shops with a pretty view of the Intercoastal Waterway. The condo was well stocked and very clean. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. I recommend it highly.

Great stay at a fabulous location

We recently enjoyed a one week stay at this property. The check in process was easy and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, dishes and plenty of utensils if you are planning to cook some meals during your stay. The location and amenities were ideal from our standpoint as we were looking for a quite and clean place to stay with a short walk to the beach. The addition of beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus.

Superb location

As depicted this location was superb; close to beach and great food. Highlight of the stay was Phyllis being so nice and accommodative, easy to communicate with. More than comfortable easily describes the condo. Would rent again if/when we come to Ft. Lauderdale.

Perfect Location

Easily accessible and everything you'd want in a getaway. Great pool and pool lounge area. Phyllis was welcoming and responsive to all of our wants and needs. We loved that you could park and walk everywhere. Deerfield Beach is a hidden gem.

We love Deerfield Beach!!!

It was a lovely Condo. A little smaller than we thought b/c the photographer made the pics look a little larger than they actually were. It was lovely & 2 blocks from the beach. Only problem: my daughter doesn't like elevators & the stairs were inaccessible from the street level. The owner of the condo was wonderful. Had an issue with the air conditioning & she fixed it right away. We had an amazing vacation. Would definitely use VRBO again.

Winter Break

We have visited Deerfield Beach several times over the years during the winter and this is the second time we have stayed in this building. The location is great since it is within a very short walking distance to the beach and several good restaurants and shops, but not in the middle of traffic and noise. We appreciated having a dedicated parking spot in the gated garage although we did not need to drive to very many places because of the central location. Publix (and Starbucks!) is a 5 minute drive across the bridge for you to pick up groceries. The pool in this complex was the perfect temperature and never crowded or noisy since there are only about 12 units in the building. Very relaxing. This unit is on the top floor allowing for stunning sunset views from the west facing balcony. The beds were very comfortable and everything was sparkling clean and fresh smelling when we arrived. Phyllis was immediately responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again.

We are from NY and love Deerfield for many reasons. I have been traveling to Florida for the last 10 years looking for an ideal vacation spot. We love that we can park our car and walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Publix and Trader Joe's is right over the bridge. Deerfield is ideally located between Boca and Pompano. Mizner Park is a 10 minutes drive or an $8-10 uber ride. Ft Lauderdale is 25 minutes south and Delray is 20 minutes north.

The property is clean, spacious and fully equipped. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen etc. What I like most about the condo is the marble floors and the infinity pool.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The unique thing about Deerfield is oceanfront dining. There are not too many oceanfront restaurants in Florida but Deerfield has two. There are also lifeguards every few hundred yards. Many of Florida beaches are not protected but I feel super safe in Deerfield.
