Your getaway awaits in Oil City at this cozy apartment. This peaceful retreat features a bedroom with 1 full bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional living room space with 1 twin bed (rollaway bed provided upon request). Long or short term guests can enjoy the provided amenities such as heating, AC, a hair dryer, full kitchen, smart TV, wi-fi etc... Enjoy the outdoors during your stay with the fire pit and picnic table. We are surrounded by woods and there also a creek in the property. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our apartment.

John and Shelly were wonderful guests! They were in town for a local sporting event and were great communicators throughout their stay. They left the apartment in perfect condition, and I was especially happy to have the opportunity to meet them in person. It was a pleasure hosting them, and I would absolutely welcome them back anytime!

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was perfect! Liz communicated well and was so kind. The perfect spot for us to stay while visiting family!

Came thru mid Oct in time to see the leaves change. Very comfortable and relaxing environment. Large bathroom, Kitchen and Living area. Stayed for just a weekend but could easily enjoy a long stay. Home like feeling.

A very nice small apartment like atmosphere, and the fact that we could bring our little dog along made the stay as comfortable as home. Surprising how many things were already there like condiments, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils and more. Enough room and seating to have a visit from family and friends. Quiet area with the sound of the running creek right outside creates a nice calming environment. Host were very friendly and available by phone for any problems, which there were none for us. Easy access to the surrounding area, right between Oil city and Titusville. Tough to beat for the price.

Rented cause i could have my dogs here. Host was nice. Home was adequate in size for a couple or single person. However, the bed was so HORRIBLE! We literally had to leave a night before our time was up because our bodies were KILLING us! SINGLE WOMEN staying here. Please be aware. Back Door is in the only bedroom, where you are sleeping... it opens outward into the yard. So you definitely want to invest in a bungee cord situation so that you can secure it from the inside just for your safety. Also, there are double doors leading into this little apartment inside kitchen area from another building, I think it's a combo of another rental & part of it is a garage it LOCKS FROM THEIR SIDE, NOT YOURS! Which again to keep access from anyone coming in on you, you will need to bungee cord this situation tooBut the door leading into the bedroom you can secure it by using one of the kitchen table chairs, propping it under the door handle so nobody can come in through that door, that way, at least when you're sleeping, you are secure from someone entering those two doors inside that bedroom! DO NOT LET YOUR ANIMALS OUT ALONE,, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT!! Inside home is very pet friendly.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're glad you found the home comfortable for your pets and appreciated the size of the space. We're sorry the mattress wasn't comfortable for you. We understand that mattress comfort is very personal, and we're always evaluating guest feedback when making improvements. We'd also like to clarify a few points for future guests. The double doors you mentioned are not an entrance to another rental unit. They are owner-access doors used only after guest check-out for moving furniture and performing maintenance and cleaning, and we never access the property during a guest's stay. The bedroom's exterior door is a standard exterior exit equipped with its normal locking hardware, and we have never had a security incident at the property. Regarding pets, our home is located near a wooded area, so we recommend supervising pets outdoors, especially after dark, as you would at most rural properties. We appreciate your comments and will continue looking for ways to make every guest's stay as comfortable as possible.

Kelly and her husband were great guests. The apartment unit was in excellent condition after their stay. Would highly recommend them to other hosts and would happily host them again.
