Great location, reasonable price and very comfortable accommodations. The host provided many small and thoughtful extras. We had a nice relaxing stay.

When we first arrived we were met with what we dubbed the “stairway to heaven”. If you can’t do a lot of stairs, this place is not for you. However, once we opened the door we were pleasantly impressed with the apartment. Impeccably clean, nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect with a nice place to grab breakfast right up the street. You could also choose to cook as everything is available in the kitchen and there’s a grocery store nearby. I highly recommend this one!

Perfect Family Stay, Far Better Than a Hotel!Our family of four (three adults and one 17-year-old) had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property. It was the perfect size for us and offered so much more comfort, space, and utility than a standard, square hotel room.The layout was excellent, a spacious kitchen, a comfortable main living room, and large bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was cute and perfect size for our family. It had everything we needed for a seamless, comfortable trip and the property owner was easily accessible throughout our stay.We will definitely book this place again next time we are in Oil City. Highly recommended!
