En suite king bedroom w walk-in closet & bath with shower. 2 additional bedrooms; queen bedroom w closet and bunk room can be set up w 4 bunk beds or full bed and 4 bunk beds. Walkout game room w pullout queen couch w tv, wetbar & pool/air hockey/ping pong. Fully furnished. Big deck, grill, flat yard to water. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating, tubing & firepit. Pets welcome. New dock. Pontoon Boat, Fishing Boat and UTV Rental available. Bring snowmobiles, atvs & skis. I love this neighborhood, especially on weekdays, when I feel I have the whole neighborhood and lake to myself. I enjoy the peace and quiet, the sunlight that beams into the house, impressive sunsets and the change of colors in the fall.

All the furnishings are "new" and were specifically bought for the design of this home. We have quality furniture as this is our home that we live in too! People tend to love the king bed as I get requests for the brand often. 3 of our light fixtures are custom-made.
