We had an excellent experience, very comfortable, pet friendly stay. Yard and pool area were great. Our host, Travis, was incredibly responsive to our inquiries!Would not hesitate to book here again!

The place was great and private! We had an excellent time hanging around the pool and hot tub. We went for a getaway with friends and it was the perfect place to hang out and do a little partying. Travis was super responsive.

Do not stay here. Don’t trust this host. We arrived and the house had clearly been partied in. Fly paper was on walls, fans in every room because it smelled like a frat house, all the lights were broken, smashed furniture and cigarette holes in the couches. The host first told us to leave and he would refunded us then refused to refund and threatened me. According to the host he and his property manager live in Miami so couldn’t meet me to see the damage. He claimed I was checking in two hours early (we happened to hit zero traffic) and so was at fault. He then canceled the trip the next day for weather reasons.

Zero issues whatsoever. All the amenities were nice and clean. Travis was easy to work with and very communicative. Definitely would stay again.

Family with children and grandparents more of a party/bachelor pad

I went with my husband, parents, and children (one under 10), we had a great time and some great parts of the house however there are some things that should have been disclosed in the description. First there were cigarette butts around the property and the house smelt like cigs despite being listed as ‘non-smoking’. The house was partially under renovation, making the outdoor bar unusable, some undone parts in the kitchen and some cabinets falling off. Some expired things in the cabinets like sugar from 2021. Outdoor shower also unusable. There was also no playground, home gym, (only weights). Only 5 forks for a family of 8, 4 dining chairs which some were a bit broken, and some of the outdoor furniture was dirty, ripped and unusable. Poison ivy in the yard by the basketball hoop as well, says pet and kid friendly so something to be aware of. The pool, hot tub, and master bedroom and bathroom were beautiful with great amenities! However the other rooms were not furnished with uncomfortable beds, some with broken blinds and a sheet as a curtain. Only 1 of 5 sliding doors were working, and the house definitely could’ve been cleaner. Biggest shock was the basement which we had to use for the laundry, definitely NOT kid friendly, dirty piles of clothes not touched for years and some smoking paraphernalia. My family and I had a great time and Travis was very helpful, but this is definitely more of a party house, not kid or pet friendly.

We had a great time during our stay. The place was spacious and clean on the inside. The outside amenities were perfect in the beautiful weather. The pool and hot tub were great and the boys had a blast playing basketball. The host was wonderful to deal with, answering all our inquiries way more quickly than expected. If you ever find yourself out this way I would definitely recommend this house.
