This listing combines our two side-by-side condos in Pointe Royale, perfect for larger families or groups who want to stay together while enjoying separate spaces. The condos do not connect internally.

Together, the condos offer four KING beds, additional sleeping options, and two private decks with beautiful ridgeline views and seasonal views of Lake Taneycomo and the dam. One unit features an oversized deck with backyard access, making outdoor gathering especially easy.

Both condos are recently remodeled, exceptionally clean, and feature separate living and dining areas with well-stocked kitchens.

We go above and beyond for families with kids, providing toys, games, books, and kid-friendly kitchen items, which guests frequently highlight in reviews.

The condos are an easy walk to Pointe Royale’s pools, hot tub, and bar & grill.

Guests enjoy full access to Pointe Royale amenities including golf (ask about reduced “Stay & Play” rates), indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, bar & grill, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, basketball, scenic walking paths, hiking trails, and trout fishing on Lake Taneycomo.

Our family had a wonderful stay in these condos - we are a large group and the accommodations were excellent. The host was very nice and friendly. I highly recommended this for a large family who want to stay close together.

Great location for the activitiies we had planned. Beautiful setting. The amenities we used were the golf course and restaurant. Both were great.

Great location! The on-site bar and grill, by the pools, had great food. Communication with owner was helpful and he showed patience with my questions. Property was just as described and pictured. Would definitely stay again! Also, grandkids loved the kiddie pool. Pools are walking distance for most. (I drove, kids walked)

This was a family get together. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had plenty of room to visit altogether. The playground and trails were easy to get to. The indoor pool was lots of fun for the children. The clubhouse restaurant had excellent food and good prices. Wonderful host.

We had all the comforts of home. A special touch was that they had coffee and creamer there for us(this is something we don’t pack).

Perfect Vacation!

The condo's were perfect! Everything was just as described and our host was super quick to respond to any questions we had. It was the perfect set up for our family, including our grown kids and grandkids. The hot tub was close by and a welcome relaxation after a day out. Our host was excellent - very accommodating and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to family and friends!

Family Fun

We rented side by side condos for a group of 12 ranging from 8 years old to 78 years old. The location was perfect for the lake marina, SDC, groceries, ice cream, and all things Branson! The gated community offered a nice size pool, pickleball courts, and a golf course. These condos are walking distance from the club house. We would definitely stay again!

Pointe Royale offers a great balance of location, amenities, and natural surroundings. Our side-by-side condos, Sunset Ridge on Taneycomo #1 and #2, are close to all the attractions Branson is known for, while still feeling peaceful and tucked into nature.

The resort amenities, great golf course, nearby lakes, hiking trails, and water activities make it easy to stay active, and both condos have decks with beautiful sunset views. It’s a location that works equally well for busy days exploring and quiet evenings relaxing.

What truly makes our condos unique is the combination of privacy and views. From the decks, guests enjoy beautiful ridgeline views, with seasonal views of Lake Taneycomo and the Table Rock Dam — something only a small number of Pointe Royale condos offer.

We love the quiet mornings with coffee and the peaceful evenings watching the sunset from the deck. Being able to relax outdoors, away from traffic and crowds, makes our place feel like a retreat, even though it’s close to everything Branson has to offer.
