Great Time

The house was great and met all of our needs. It was very clean and had great amenities. The game room was a nice way to relax and the pool area was well maintained. 10/10 recommend and I would stay here again.

Family Stay

The house was exactly as the pictures represented. It was very clean and tidy.Both the pool and game room were in very good shape.We would stay here again.

Epic Universe Quick staycation

Property was clean, owner kept I communication before and after check in, took questions and calls anytime of day responding to all inquiries. House fitted perfectly for our use, great location to parks and restaurants and other attractions and stores. Overall a great experience for me using VRBO for first time this was a breeze. I would stay again.

Property was in a great location for visiting most parks in the area. Just a few items that needed some attention: Pool only cleaned on Tuesday, AC system would shutdown in the middle of the day so when we came in from a park it was very uncomfortable inside, found AC system filter very dirty and master bath shower drain was completely blocked after first shower. That being said, the game room was great for the kids and beds were very comfortable.

We'd also like to provide a little additional context for future guests. Our pool is professionally serviced on a weekly schedule. During Florida's rainy season, however, leaves and other natural debris can accumulate quickly, even with a screened enclosure. Regarding the air conditioning, the system was inspected during your stay, including replacing the air filter, and was confirmed to be operating properly. We also provided guidance on using the thermostat to ensure the home remained comfortable during the summer heat. We appreciate you letting us know about the shower drain. We were able to have a plumber resolve the issue the same day, and we're glad it was addressed promptly. Thank you again for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back on a future visit to Orlando.
