My family and I enjoyed the space, you found everything you needed. Also host was very communicative, pleasant, and left us a welcome bag that really was useful and sweet. If there’s anything small I would suggest maybe having the pool screening seal again in order to avoid outside insect or debris get inside the pool area.Beds were comfortable., I wish one of the room would have a full size and twin instead of both twins just because some guest are taller or bigger. But again these are just little things, the stay was enjoyable and plan to rent again

The pictures were true to the property. This house was perfect for our family's visit to Orlando. Very close to Sea World and Aquatica. Not too far from Busch Gardens. We had an amazing time! After all of the walking involved with going to theme parks, relaxing and soaking in the hot tub was a perfect end to the day. The owners were very quick to respond when needed. We are grateful for this house and will certainly be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was in perfect order- the house was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. We spent so much time enjoying the amazing pool, which was a huge highlight of our trip. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to answer every single question we had, making us feel completely taken care of. The neighborhood itself is very peaceful and quiet, providing the perfect environment to truly relax. I would definitely return without hesitation. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

I'm happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We truly strive to make your stay the best it can be so I sure wish you would have let us know about that pool so I could have sent someone out to deal with that during your stay. We have regular weekly pool service, however sometimes when we get lots of rain the pool can get some sand and debris. Sorry about that.

The house was clean. They left a welcome bag which was nice. One of the main reasons I picked this house was for the pool heat. We didn't have access to the heat. The pool was cold enough my kids wouldn't swim in it. The TV in the queen room wouldn't connect to the cable.

I sure wish you would have let either myself or the management company know about these issues during your stay. Unfortunately, if we are not aware of the issues, we have no opportunity to address them. I send out a welcome email to all our guests the first morning after their arrival, simply to ask whether there are any issues that need to be addressed. Like any other home, issues arrive from time to time and we do our best to correct them as soon as we become aware of them.

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were just we needed when coming back from the parks. I’ve rented many homes at Windsor Palms and I’ve never gotten a house warming gift! I truly appreciated the surprise. Very thoughtful hosts. Thank you!!

We had a lovely stay here. The place was clean and quite large. I would come home from a park and go for a swim in the nice warm pool while watching the sunset. It is close to Disney and restaurants. I would stay here again.
