Only 40 minutes from Zion, 45minutes from skiing at Brian head and just an hour down the road is Cedar Breaks and Bryce Canyon. We are a family of five from Las Vegas with a local professional host. As a graduate of Southern Utah University, I fell in love with Cedar City many years ago and our family has always loved to get away to the mountains of Utah. This house allows us to experience all that this city offers now with our kids and extended family.

From the moment we walked in this home and saw the mountain views, we were sold. As a family with young children, we knew we didn’t want to be too far from the city amenities but the view makes you feel like you are really getting out of town. It is the perfect balance of a mountain experience with the city right around the corner.

Our property is unique because we purchased it as a home for our family and friends to gather. We also work remotely while at this home so it is set up with great internet and multiple desks. Everything has been designed with this in mind so it is the perfect retreat for your family. Not to mention the breath taking views and the proximity to hiking, shopping, the university and dining.
