The room was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for my family of 4. The property overall was ok. The elevators were constantly dirty, the pools were nice and the location to everything was good. Very easy access to the beach. The communication with the owner was great and she responded asap.

The room was very difficult to find, the hotel didn’t feel the safest and there was a lot of noise at night making it difficult to sleep

The room is ok, but if you are noise sensitive I’d think twice. This room is close to the elevator tunnel, and we could hear the elevator moving up and down all night long.We booked 4 nights but decided to checkout after the second night because it was really annoying to us.The resort was really crowded in the last week of July 2026, and the staff was having a hard time to keep up with the cleaning. I don’t recommend this resort during the high summer season unless you are ok with lot of people.

The property was easy to get into and is right on the beach. The host was responsive and the room was equipped with everything we needed. There’s also a lot of great amenities at the resort such as the pools, restaurant, bar and snacks right by the beach, even an arcade. The area of Myrtle Beach we were in isn’t the nicest part but I knew that when booking and we didn’t have any issues with safety or comfort. I have no complaints about our stay!

The unit is old and has been cheaply remodeled a bit. The shower had some stains and mold on the caulking. Corners and baseboard not very clean. I think what you could expect for the price and ratings of the resort. The resort itself is a 3-star but I let the online pictures fool me. Host was nice and responsive and tried to offer a solution to any issues. You get what you pay for.

I do want to mention that none of these concerns were brought to my attention during your stay — otherwise I would have sent cleaning and maintenance right away to address them. The unit is exactly as pictured and advertised in the listing. I always strive to provide a clean and comfortable space, and I take feedback seriously, so I will review everything mentioned to ensure it meets expectations.

It is described as ocean front I took that as you have at least an ocean view . Did not have any views of ocean, only more units and a roof. Very ugly view. I messaged the host Emily and she assured me it wasn’t listed as ocean front. I told her on google it is also listed as ocean front and told her to google it and she could see for herself. She informed me that was not her problem.Even in this email it says ocean front. The refrigerator was not cold at all, the freezer part was 3 inches thick with ice and could not be used. Beds were very uncomfortable. Would definitely not stay there again.

It is located within a beachfront resort, but the listing photos clearly show the actual view from the unit so guests know what to expect before booking. I also do not control how third-party websites, such as Google, may categorize or display the property. Regarding the refrigerator, no concerns about its performance were reported during your stay. Had I been made aware of the issue, I would have gladly arranged for maintenance to inspect it as quickly as possible. As for the mattresses, comfort is very subjective and can vary from guest to guest. While they may not have matched your personal preference, many guests find them comfortable. Thank you for your feedback. I always strive to assist guests promptly and address any concerns when they are brought to my attention during their stay.

Great host

Great and concise communication. The host made sure we were accommodated in any way needed. The room was clean and smelled cleaned. The ONLY complaint was the view. But I knew that when booking, BUT it’s literally on the shore! LOVED IT!

Room was clean, air conditioning worked. The mini freezer had an minor issue, the landlord sent the maintenance guy out at 9:51pm which woke us and our 5 year old up. The parking was a bit of a pain with juggling elevators to get to / from car and room then down to beach. Window balcony over looked the interior room of other rooms and the walkways. Overall was typical hotel room stay with out the hotel.
