Great amenities at the pool and lazy river. Not the best location but the pools made up for it.

The overall stay was good the room was great, but the actual property needs some updates.

This room faces the center of the resort. No view of the ocean. Very quiet. A lot of walking to get out to the pool and the parking garage. Room has the basics, small fridge no cooking , microwave. No carpet in the room, that was a Plus! Would stay here again just with a ocean front room.

Host was great! Easy check in good communication. Property is average. I know it was a popular week to go away but it was definitely a lot. The pools were warm but there is no one on site to watch the craziness. Esp the indoor pool-people were just doing whatever they wanted. Doors banging all night long. Facility was average-can use some upgrades. It was very clean every morning. Starbucks wasn’t opened 2 days we were there. The unit itself was ok. Bed was not comfortable. And small but I guess I should have read the listing better. The outlets in our unit need to be replaced. I messaged the host and let her know every a few other things that needed to be fixed but nothing crazy.I guess you could say it was just an average place.

I would like to clarify a few points for transparency. The beds in the unit are exactly as described in the listing, including their size. Comfort can vary from person to person, and I understand that not every guest will find them to their personal preference. Regarding the pool area, there are no lifeguards on site at the resort, which is standard for properties in the area. Starbucks isn't advertised on my listing, and I can't be responsible for it not being open.

Overall, I’d give it a 6 out of 10. The price for being so close to the beach makes it worth it. The building is dated and the room looks like any other hotel room. The beds were comfortable on the firm side but good and the pillows were plush but firm. Bring your own pillows if you are picky. The room has a fridge/freezer unit. The mini fridge pictured is gone. There is a safe in the open closet that the owner does not have access to. The balcony is not anywhere you would want to hang out and looked like it had never been swept. We went out there to sit and eat and came back in. The host gets back to you promptly but is at the mercy of maintenance to fix room/card issues. Prior to arrival you are provided with the room number and door code. It was difficult to find the room but once found, navigating the building was easy. The key card left on the table in the room is how you access the pool areas, access the building from the beach, and get in the building from the overpass that leads to the parking garage on the 2nd floor. You can only park the car in the parking garage NOT the lot next to the building. If the keycard does not work you have to wait for maintenance and it took a full day of not having a card before a replacement was left in the room. The pools were ok. The indoor pools have towels but the shelves were always empty. You have to bring your own beach towels and pool towels. You do NOT have access to the water slides. Only if you book through the resort.

I would like to clarify a few points. The overpass leads directly to the third-floor parking garage. The safe located in the closet is not listed as an available amenity and is not included with the rental. Regarding the key card, as soon as you reported it was not working, I immediately arranged for maintenance to provide a replacement. The concern regarding the balcony cleanliness was not brought to my attention during your stay. Had I been notified, I would have gladly arranged for it to be cleaned promptly.
