This 4-bedroom waterfront house in New London is perfect for your escape to relaxation. Located at the end of a peaceful cove, you won't need to worry about other boats passing by while you're relaxing on the screen in porch or fishing off our dock. With 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds, this charming property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of AC, a washing machine, and WiFi during your stay. Public boat ramp is minutes away for your personal water craft (we do not offer water docking but there is plenty of space to park your trailer at the house). Also take advantage of the kayaks and paddles located in the basement. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Pets welcome with a $50/pet fee (this is per stay not per night, max 2 pets).

Please note that the end of the cove is too shallow for swimming.

The house was perfect for our active family! We loved being able to kayak daily and the proximity to hiking was terrific. The house was spacious with adequate seating for all the guests and the kitchen was well stocked with tools for cooking family meals. The host was very responsive. Overall it was a great experience and we'd love to return!

Great house at a great location. It was perfect for our four-adult stay, kitchen had everything you would ever need. Owner was always responsive and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect.

Lovely location, quiet. We were disappointed with a few things. The screened in porch was wonderful but had just 2 zero gravity loungers ,could have used some nice cushioned outdoor chairs/sofa. The pots and pans were disorganized and I never found lid for saucepans, no steak knives to cut dinner . The tap water in my opinion not drinkable , I would bring some bottled water. We enjoyed this camp, utilized the kayaks and had a very relaxing time.

We wish these guests had reached out during their stay with their concerns so we could have attempted to assist them to better their stay. We understand with having such a popular house that kitchen items don't get put away in a way that would suit the next guests which can be frustrating, however that is unfortunately out of our control. In addition to the 2 zero gravity chairs, there are 4 Adirondack chairs by the fire pit and 2 folding chaise loungers in the basement they could have used in the patio to provide more seating in the screened in porch. The tap water is provided by the local utility service so the quality is not something we have any control over. We are pleased they enjoyed the quiet, screened in porch, and kayaks. Future guests, please know we strive to make every stay 5 stars and will always be available if you require anything during your stay.

Overall great place. Accept we rented a lake house with no lake. Understanding there has been a drought. Knowing this would have effected my decision to stay here.

I wish these guests had reached out to us at any point during their rental process requesting information about the lake instead of leaving us a poor review about something 100% out of our control. Their rental request came less than two weeks prior to their stay (during a drought) so current lake levels have been low since before their request. Over all, still respectable guests and would rent to them again, just wish they had communicated their wants with us so we could have prepared them.

Great Thanksgiving get away for my husband, dogs and me. The double oven was great for making Thanksgiving dinner and the dogs really loved the dog door. Beds were comfy and home was clean. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Great Lake house

We had such a wonderful stay at this lakefront home! The views are absolutely beautiful, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect getaway. The decks were gorgeous and such a relaxing spot to enjoy morning coffee or watch the sunset. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras—like the kayaks and floating devices—which made our time on the water even more fun. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to relax and enjoy the lake!

Adult fam weekend

Overall, wonderful lakefront stay with comfortable spaces for a small to medium sized group. Best: spacious gathering spaces for 6 or 8 in kitchen and family room and screen porch, loved the kayaks to take out onto the lake, and the quiet , wooded cove for toe dipping and deck sunning. Also perfectly clean and well equipped. Only limits: too shalllow in cove to swim without a kayak out to another spot, and low ceilings, small bedrooms. But it worked super for us and a good price for this!

Great home for active age people

House was great for me, my husband, and my son, however, to get to the water for my grandmother was nearly impossible and she couldn't see much water from the screened in porch. If you are active and can move well, this house is perfect! We do recommend bringing a sound machine or a speaker if you are a light sleeper because the house is very quiet without. Overall 4/5 stars!

Everything I expected. Family room was bigger than I expected! Plenty of room for couch sitters and plenty of seats at the table for playing games! Big kitchen as well! A good place to take out the dog and plenty of parking! Really enjoyed this property!

What a great place to stay. The home is very clean, and so welcoming. We had no issues. Despite that there is a drought here and didn't get to utilize the cove, we had a great time. We were here for a wedding and it was close to our friends, good space for 5 adults to get ready for several events. And the hosts were very communicative, and so helpful. Very relaxing, don't miss out!
