Summary:
Welcome to the Coral Resort, a superbly located boutique hotel on Clearwater Beach. We're 2 blocks from the sandy beach and situated right on the water with an uninterrupted view of dolphins and boats going by! The resort even has its own, private fishing dock! There's also a year-round heated pool, a tropical courtyard with BBQs, free laundry on-site, an on-site daytime manager, and plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops right outside the door! Did we mention the free parking and wifi!

The Space:
NOTE: Please note that due to ongoing hurricane repairs, the pool and laundry facilities may be unavailable during your stay. Additionally, there will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to restore Coral Resort.
Please note, a rental agreement must be signed and a legal ID must be provided along with a verification photo. This all must be completed prior to arrival and has to be done digitally by phone or computer.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee if provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!
- PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.

Guest Access:
The resort has 25-units. All of the major amenities are shared. The balcony for your unit is shared with the adjacent unit. It's a standing room only balcony.

*** PLEASE NOTE: Due to the impact of hurricanes Helene and Milton in October, we are still completing some repair work on the property during weekdays, primarily during daytime hours. Additionally, the pool is currently out of service.

This listing is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection. Note, we're not a part of the Coral Resort (this is a separate entity). We manage a select few units at the Coral. If you have any issues with the interior or any questions, please let us know! We're available to help 24/7.
