LOVE this house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space for the family to be together, but floor plan provides for great sleeping for everyone also. Love proximity to trail to beach and pools!

Thank you for your review, Kathy. We did notice you mentioned a huge issue, and that issue was that the LSV needed to be serviced, in which we absolutely did that and addressed that for you. The LSV has not since had any issues and I know we were able to resolve on a positive note. We would be thrilled to welcome you back again soon!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 13 enjoyed a week at Watercolor staying in a home which included a carriage house. There were plenty of bedrooms and places for family gatherings. We loved the large screened in porch plus the golf cart and bicycles. The area was quiet yet convenient to the beach and shops.

Big Beautiful House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is laid out really well and is beautiful. It is in a great location with trails that run through the woods everywhere. Just a few minutes bike ride to the beach. If you are looking for a wholesome vacation with your family and friends this home and Watercolor is what you want.

Our new favorite Spot in Watercolor

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had wonderful stay at 373 Needlerush. The house is gorgeous with plenty of space and in the perfect location. And staying with Royal Destinations is first class. We had a couple of issues during our stay that the staff handled promptly for us. We will be back.

Priceless Perfection

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best Mother's Day weekend ever. Myself, 3 of my 4 grown boys ages 30,24,23, My great friend and her two sons 24,19. We stayed for 6 days and didn't want to leave! It's hard to find a place where everyone has their own space yet there's a super large gathering area for ,meals, card games, movie watching etc. Spotless , beautiful home with huge screened in back patio that's more like another room. Many times pictures are better than the actual home but this time it was the opposite! Truly can't go wrong renting this property. There are many options in 30A but not for us. We will definitely be back to enjoy this amazing home again!!!

Great house in Watercolor

We loved the house. Large rooms, nice comfy beds. The bikes and golf cart are a must. We used both every day. We had a couple issues with a bike but the property management fixed it immediately. If you are staying in the house and plan to use the 3rd floor loft, please remind Property Manager to turn in the AC in the AM. The loft was super hot when we checked in but was fine by the first morning. Our boys had to sleep on couches on other floors the first night. Pros: Close to everything. Easy walk or bike ride to all pools, beach, restaurants. Cons: No gym in Watercolor. The house only starts with a couple days supply of supplies (TP, paper towels, garbage bags, dish, dishwasher, laundry soap). If you stay more than 2-3 days, be prepared to buy all these items. Overall, our family had a great time!
