Situated just north of the town square and in the heart of Seaside, this charming mint colored cottage named “Mint 4 Fun”, has 5 bedrooms, 5 baths and an enclosed tower room with balcony.

MInt 4 Fun has large, covered porches on the main floor and second floor. The second floor porch has private entrances from 2 separate bedrooms. All bedrooms have en suite baths.

A tower room with open balcony on the fourth level affords nice views of the gulf and all of Seaside and is a fantastic place to enjoy the sunset or your morning coffee.
The design of this home is architecturally unique.
From the bunk room with a spacious hideaway loft, the 30' cathedral ceilings in the living room, and the close proximity to all the Seaside amenities, you will be amazed with this property!

Mint 4 Fun is just a few steps from the west-end pool and only a couple blocks to the private Pensacola beach pavilion.
We have a large wagon, a rolling cooler, a few beach chairs and beach toys for your use.
The Seaside chapel, playground, fitness center, and 3 community pools are all close by (Seaside charges a fee to use the pools, fitness and tennis amenities. THIS FEE IS OPTIONAL AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RENTAL FEE).

The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, stainless appliances and all the "tools" you will need for those days you want to cook at home.

There are hardwood floors throughout the house and custom wood shutters for every window.

Of course the powdery white sand and crystal clear ocean is what brings you here, but other highlights of staying in Seaside that you will enjoy are shopping in the many quaint shops, eating at the award winning restaurants, bike riding through town, strolling down the hidden paths or relaxing on the outdoor porches enjoying the fragrant sea air and warm breezes.

This house is in the PERFECT Location. We went with a family of 8, and the house is extremely spacious and well stocked! Christie was super helpful and even lined us up with a photographer for photos on the beach. We will definitely be back! The house in located one block behind the Seaside circle. We walked everywhere.

Mint4Fun is beautiful! Christie, the owner is amazing with excellent communication from the beginning of booking until the last day of our stay. It’s obvious she takes great pride in her property. We have found our home in Seaside that we will book from now on. The 5 bedrooms each have a bathroom which is perfect for our large family. The kitchen is well equipped and the great room is large enough for a big group. We loved the game table which was perfect for our Mahjong afternoons and evenings. We loved the wagon with sand toys and chairs that made our walk to the beach a breeze. The home is located in the perfect area in Seaside; close to the family pool, close by the ocean, close to the tennis courts, and easy to access the main restaurants and shops in Seaside. There is a rarely a need to get into your car once you arrive! We will be back and appreciate Christie’s hospitality and enjoyed her beautiful home.

The house is lovely. It’s in a perfect location in Seaside with easy, short distance to the beach and everywhere in Seaside. The house was one of the best stocked houses we’ve ever rented with plenty of everything and in great condition. It even had lots of toys and equipment for the beach. Also, Christie, the owner was wonderful!

Great Place in Seaside!

The house was great and very short walk to entertainment and beaches. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was key for our large group. The owner (Christie) as always very responsive. A great Spring Break option for families!

Great location, wonderful house!

This house was perfect for our Spring Break trip with family and friends. The size and space were perfect for our group of 10, and the location was excellent - very short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The house was beautiful and well stocked with all of our needs, and Christie was a fabulous host. We will absolutely be staying here again!

The house was perfect with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths!! The kitchen had everything we needed!

Working with the property manager was awesome. All the information we needed plus all the activities going on were communicated! We for sure will stay here again. We love Seaside!

The biggest issue we faced was cleanliness. We walked in and saw all the cleaning supplies left on the kitchen counter because there was a misunderstanding with the housekeeper about a leak. That wasn’t a big deal, unlike the fact that one of our family members stepped on a piece of glass from the bedroom by the kitchen and found more pieces of glass in the shower. There was a used water bottle left on the window box going to the third floor, and we found hair still stuck on another shower wall in the main bedroom. When we told the host about these issues, she offered to have the housekeeper come back and do a more thorough vacuum and shower cleaning. However, she also said we could leave our stay early, and did not offer to reimburse us for the nights we would not be staying. In the end, we stayed and the housekeeper came. We didn’t have any more issues after that.The actual house is gorgeous and in a great location. Everything else worked like the oven and TVs. We did have an issue with the closest pool being closed for maintenance, but we were able to use the other pools.

I am very sorry that you were not happy during your stay at Mint 4 Fun. While the issues you mentioned are valid and not acceptable, none of them were bad enough to ruin your entire stay and warrant a refund. I was very responsive to your concerns, and like you mentioned, I did send the housekeeper over the next day to remedy any cleanliness issues. What you did not mention in your review is that there was a tropical storm in the area and it was very rainy during your 3 day stay. While that was unfortunate, it was completely out of my control. You told me the reason you wanted a refund was so you could move somewhere else in FL that was not being affected by the storm. It would be impossible for me to run a business if I blocked my calendar for travelers to stay in my property and then provided refunds once they checked in if they weren't satisfied with the forecast. Potential guests - please review my other reviews, particularly the positive ones right before this guest stayed and the one right after she stayed (no cleanliness issues mentioned in either one). Guests are almost always happy with this property and enjoy working with me before and during their stay. I admit that things do get overlooked occasionally, but it's rare and if it does happen, I address the issue in a timely manner and do eveyrthing in my power to ensure the issue is resolved so that my guests are satisfied and can have a most enjoyable stay!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

There's no bad location in Seaside, but we especially love where Mint 4 Fun is located because we are so close to all the amenities Seaside is famous for.
The Seaside square with all the fabulous shopping and restaurants is a short stroll from our house.

The main west pool is just steps away and the other 2 pools - the Family pool (covered) and Adult pool - are also on our street. The fitness center, tennis courts, playground, basketball court and Seaside Chapel are also right down the street (Seaside charges an optional fee to use the pools, fitness, and tennis facilities).

The private Pensacola beach pavilion is only 2 blocks from our house and we have a large wagon, a rolling cooler and some beach chairs and beach toys at the house for your use.

There is a bike path that you can access right behind our house that leads you into the Watercolor community if you want to explore in there too.

With all these amenities being so close and Publix grocery store being an easy bike ride from our house, you will likely not need your car during your entire vacation!
