Bright and cozy, newly-renovated studio apartment available close to W Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. During the summer, hang out in our large in-ground pool! We have equipped the apartment with everything you need for a pleasant and stress-free vacation, from your private mini-split and luxurious linens, towels and a brand-new mattress to a well-stocked kitchen fit for a chef. Fresh eggs are available daily, and the sheep and goats would love to meet you. Our little farm is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a family neighborhood with easy access to Pisgah Highway, just a short drive away from Asheville in one direction, and the Blue Ridge Parkway in the other. We are separated from the highway by a hill, so there will be close to no road noise and you are surrounded by green spaces. You will have the apartment and porch to yourself. The pool is located in the back yard, a short walk around the corner from your apartment. You are welcome to take a walk down the street to meet the goats, sheep and chickens. We appreciate that we are able to welcome guests from many different areas and from all walks of life. We will respect your privacy, but will be happy to assist you with any questions you have and will provide support as best we can. Due to our rural setting, please be aware that we are surrounded by nature in all its messy beauty. You will see hawks soar overhead, song birds serenading you from the adjacent shrubs, and you may encounter an occasional cricket, toad or field mouse during your stay. Our farm dog, Izzie, is large, wooly, and super friendly. She is always excited to greet visitors, but will remain away from the apartment on the other side of the fence. Your dogs are welcome to use our front yard for a little run around or ball play, but please make sure you let us know in advance, so we can make sure you can use the space undisturbed. Pets: Please note that no pets are allowed on the furniture. When left alone in the apartment, pets must be crated. Pool: Pets are not allowed in or around the pool at any time. Please do not bring food or glass containers into the pool area.
