Cute little cabin with a beautiful surrounding. No other guests were staying in the other cabin so it was very private. Enjoyed my short stay.

Really enjoyed the large fenced in yard with our dog. This is a tiny home with an additional upstairs bed. It’s close to a few mountain towns. Felt very safe and enjoyed the beautiful view.

Smokey mountain satisfaction

Everything was great from the time we arrived until we left. The cabin was clean and supplied with everything we needed. The huge fenced in yard was a big hit for our pups and allowed them to roam freely. I would recommend this cabin to all my family and friends . ThomasCharleston, SC

Nice little park model, miserable AC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful and the cabin was cozy, but the AC is woefully underrated or in need of servicing. Cabin gets into the 90s inside despite the AC being on high constantly, the only way to somewhat cool it off was to open the windows after the sun went down and waited 3hrs to still be in an 80 degree space. Was miserable during the daytime there, I wouldn't rent again. Make sure you ask if the AC was replaced before staying there as it is a potential health hazard.

Thank you for letting know only thru a review. I could have made this right and had it checked and made your stay more enjoyable. We have had the AC checked and repaired and guest are now cool. We strive to make all stays the best they can be for guest. However, some times things break and need attention. We ask that we are given a fair chance to give you that. Thank you

Great property. Lovely views and private but not isolated. The property owner is correct about ingress and egress. The property is on a long drive utilized by many, and maintained by few. Rough but passable slowly. Not really suitable for a lower sporty type car.
