This beautiful, new (as of August 2024) cabin in Sevierville is the perfect retreat for guests looking to unwind and to enjoy all that this vacation destination has to offer. Located within a 10 minute drive of the Parkway (the main strip in Pigeon Forge), you get the best of both worlds - close to the attractions yet nestled on a quiet street with a view of Bluff Mountain. Enjoy top amenities, including the indoor heated saltwater pool, pool table, arcade games, TVs in every bedroom, theater room with a 98" TV, fast WiFi, gas fireplace, park style charcoal grill and a washing machine and dryer. And, of course, there’s a hot tub! Sunset Splash sleeps ten guests comfortably in two king suites, one queen bunk suite, and one sleeper sofa. The main level en suite bath has a walk-in shower. For added convenience there is a 1/2 bath on each level of the cabin. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. *We recommend travel insurance if you’re booking during the winter season.

Best cabin I've stayed in

The cabin and property was outstanding and would highly recommend to anyone. The beds slept fantastic and we needed after a long day helping with teens at the Arise conference. The amenities were also great the pool and hot tub were a plus and really enjoyed the porch sitting in the evening.

Great stay

Very good location close to parkway and out of noise and traffic. Host was very good at communicating. Couldnt ask for a better stay. Piol and hot tub were wonderful as well as all the large tvs in cabin.

Cabin was Great!!

Check in was easy. Communication was great. We visit the area at least twice a year and we definitely plan on staying at this cabin again if available. Kids loved the pool, and theater room. Beds were super comfy. Overall we had a great experience. Thank you Audrey!!!

Our family had a wonderful time. Lots for the kids to do in the house; pool, game room, and theater room. Easy access to town but you still feel like you are in the mountains.

Spring break 2025

From the moment we opened the front door, we loved the spacious and immaculately clean cabin! The large dining room table was great for the big breakfasts we fixed each morning! The grandkids (8, 10, 13, 13 yr olds) loved the pool and didn’t really want to ever leave the cabin! The adults loved playing pool and the vintage video games. We even had a movie night in the theater room together! The beds were all comfortable and we loved having so many bathrooms! Check in/out was super easy and the hosts were quick to respond to my questions. Being close to town yet having an amazing view was an added bonus! Can’t wait to return to TN and this cabin. I think we all left part of our hearts there!

Amazing cabin!

This cabin was perfect for our family getaway! Plenty of room, clean, comfortable, conveniently located to everything, and the best part was there were blackout curtains everywhere so we could sleep comfortably or relax without the sun beaming in or it being super bright. Loved that! Also the view is amazing from the top balcony! 10/10 would highly recommend. :)

Everything we wanted in a cabin

This cabin has everything we were looking for! I tend to over research, so I can save you time by letting anyone know they will be glad they booked this one. The hosts are very attentive and want to make sure everyone has a perfect vacation!!. Checkin is a breeze and there is very little to do for checkout. The cabin is a fairly new build and it is immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked and labeled. We loved sitting in the comfy chairs on the deck drinking our coffee every morning. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful, peaceful view. Although there are cabins nearby, when you are sitting on the deck it feels like you are in your own world, with a mountain view. After going out on adventures during the day, the pool, hot tub and game room kept us, and our teenage son, entertained all night. Although, we never used the theater room, the TV is HUGE!!!!! There are game consoles for anyone who enjoys gaming. The location is perfect. It is quiet and peaceful, but only a few minutes away from the fun chaos of the strip. It is also close to the peaceful towns of Wears Valley and Townsend. There is a beautiful park and playground just a few minutes away, with basketball courts. Between the cabin and the surrounding areas, you will never be bored. Whether you're looking for quiet relaxation, or fun adventure, this cabin is your home base.

Highly Recommend! Great place to stay for our family vacation!

We are very happy we chose Sunset Splash! The cabin was very clean, warm, and welcoming. Very well stocked with everything we needed. We did prepare meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen, even spices!!! The location was perfect, just a short drive to all the attractions and fun things our family wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable, best I have slept away from home in a long time. The kids loved the pool, and we did not hear I’m bored not one time! The game room, theater room, Xbox, hot tub was great entertainment for them. I also have to say the internet here was great. My son has been very disappointed at other cabins we have stayed at, because it doesn’t support online gaming. He did not complain not one time here at Sunset Splash. Check in and check out was a breeze and communication with the owners was also awesome! She let me know of some local traffic conditions! I thought that was very thoughtful and felt they are very attentive. More personal level than with bigger chain rentals and I liked that. We would definitely stay there again. It was home away from home! ❤️
