Welcome to this spacious house in Ellwood City. With 5 cozy bedrooms, washing machine, heating, WiFi, AC, and more, guests will feel right at home. The 3 1/2 bathrooms ensure everyone has space to freshen up before exploring the area. Within 15 miles of Mines and Meadows, The Pittsburgh International Complex, and many other venues. Enjoy your time in Ellwood City.

There is plenty of room for 4 trucks and trailers. All we ask is that …

1. riding gear is not washed in our washer/dryer.

2. Off road vehicles / ATVs are not operated or washed on the property.

We are approximately 20 minutes or 10 miles from the Mines and Meadows ATV trails.

Our cleaning fee includes linen service for bed linens and towels.

The property continues to be a wonderful place to host a get together. Lots of beds, large kitchen area, huge dining room table, outdoor area including fire pit, grill and grassy area to play.

The home is very spacious and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room on the back deck with a view of the river. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

We had such a wonderful time… Everything was so neat and tidy, the decorations made everything feel homie, and the family had a great time on the spacious deck, down by the river, where all the kids and even adults could play, and everyone loved the fire pit. The communal area and the Viking table was such a nice Touch, and everyone in the family wants to come back someday soon. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room to spread out and there were many well thought out details. The yard, fireplace, deck and grill were great to enjoy. Bring a sound machine if you are in a room facing the street. The street noise can be loud at night. Access to the river was convenient. Neighbors are collectors of things and decently close but were quiet.

Clean rooms, plenty linens, large kitchen well stocked. Family with little children visited us Sunday morning and loved the backyard and creek. They had so much fun. Brandon and Amanda lovely home!

The house was wonderful!! Accommodations were fantastic! Plenty of warm. Dish selection was plentiful. Yard was well kept. Fire pit was perfect. Outdoor furniture was excellent!!Truly enjoyed our visit. Will return if permitted.

I’ve stayed a lot of places away from home, but never one as beautiful and accommodating as this! It was open, roomy, and beautifully appointed with everything we needed! From the large kitchen, to bedrooms and laundry area, they thought of everything to make their guests comfortable! The large family room was the perfect gathering spot, where we enjoyed the serene backyard views. If there was ever a “hostess with the mostest” she was it, as she answered all questions swiftly & professionally! Great find!!!

Perfect house for large group

This house is so well-appointed and comfortable. We were in town for our son’s wedding and had a large group. It was exactly what we needed! I don’t remember anything we needed that the house didn’t have. Plenty of gear for babies and lots of room for everyone to spread out. Managers were accessible and easy to work with. Would love to visit again.

The house was as described. It had a well stocked kitchen, games, books, wood for the firepit outside. Nice views of the river, which was raging from heavy rains the day before, so we couldn't go near it with the small children we had with us. The house had plenty of room for the 10 of us, including 5 small children. The only issue we had was one of the master bedrooms was very cold, like the heat didn't seem to be working. It was only an issue because the nights were in the low 30s. Would consider renting again, if we're in the area.

Everything was great, but one very minor issue. The bunk room had spider webs with spiders. The little ones didn’t like it, but we went in and took care of it. The house had everything you could possibly need. I give house 10/10. Thank you so much! I would recuthis house.

We had a great family vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, bathroom, games, the list goes on and on….Theres a lovely large deck overlooking the creek, and large grassy area. The patio furniture was super comfortable and plenty of seating for a group of 15 plus. The owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. They even brought us a huge pile of fire wood. We went to Mines and Meadows ATV Park, Ewing Park, and McConnel Mills State Park. There was so much more to do that was in close proximity to the house. The stores, restaurants, and other places were so close too. I would highly recommend this house for your next vacation to the area.
