The Forest & Flowers Retreat House is nestled in the woods of western Pennsylvania, an hour north of Pittsburgh, close to charming small towns and a 10 minute drive to Moraine and McConnell's Mill State Parks. THINGS TO KNOW

Non-smoking, no pets property.

This home is a scent-conscious space. Please do not use perfume, cologne, scented body lotion, scented body spray, or scented hair products inside the home. Note: We provide aromatherapy (doTERRA) shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

Why: Fragrance oils bond to fabric and cannot be removed by standard laundering. Residual scent can persist in bedding and upholstery for days. If scented products are used in the home and additional cleaning or replacement is required, a fee will be applied.

Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor spaces, except the basement storage and attached garage. The sauna is only available as an add-on experience (Sauna Ritual) for an additional fee, by reservation. The outdoor tub and shower are open for complimentary use seasonally, typically May-October depending on the weather. Parking on the paved driveway.

Entry walkway to the house is an uneven surface of natural stone. One step onto the front porch. Single level house.

Caution for small children: Stairwell to the basement with railing and gate, but not "childproof."

Two exterior cameras with audio record the driveway outside the garage and front porch and walkway 24/7 for security and safety.

Self check-in, keypad entry with your personal code sent ahead of arrival.

There are visible electric fences on the property with signage for caution.

The Sauna Ritual | 2 Hours, $150 up to 3 people + $35 per person for additional | Reclaim your rhythm and reconnect to your inner sanctuary. The ritual includes an outdoor Finnish-inspired cedar sauna, cold plunge, open air shower, and fire circle, as well as botanical body wash, and Forest & Flowers salt scrub, herbal tea, and aromatherapy blend for a botanical wellness experience grounded in place. Move through two to three cycles of heat, cold, and rest to support circulation, relaxation, and restoration.


Botanical Sound Bath | 1 hr | $125 | Private sound bath with crystal singing bowls, drumming, flute song, herbs/flowers, and meditation for a sensory experience of sound vibration and stillness to support nervous system regulation. Includes a plant meditation or flower essence.

Autumn Haven Retreat | $350 for 3 people + $85 per person  |  A private retreat, offering you 4 relaxing hours to shift with the season as you move through a curated series of creative and wellness experiences designed to slow the pace, support restoration, and quietly reorganize with an inward rootedness.  Includes a botanical sound bath, the garden sauna ritual, and your choice of either an herbal workshop to create a seasonal body oil and aromatic respiratory blend or a botanical workshop to create a fresh autumn flower bouquet, dried floral wreath, or evergreen wreath.

Flower Ceremony: 1:1, 1 Hour | $150 | A relaxing experience to connect with yourself and the gentle support of plants. You’ll experience the beauty of flowers on the body, sound therapy, plant aromas, meditation, and reiki to support the natural life energy within and around you. Includes an aromatic flower essence to take home.
