Just off historic Brady street, near Fiserv Forum, Art Museum, Lakefront, School of Engineering, UWM, etc. This unique townhome features tasteful modern furnishings and highlights of authentic original charm. It is the perfect place to hang out and entertain indoors or relax after an exciting day of exploring the city. A soothing retreat with countless modern amenities. The tastefully decorated interior ensures a delightful and comfortable experience for all who stay.
Walk up to the first floor featuring an entry way with beautiful center staircase, living room, dine-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. A full laundry room and pantry complete the first level. There is sitting on the deck with street view perfect to take in the breeze and fresh air with an evening drink!
Upstairs is a game room, 2 more bedrooms including a king-sized master and a bathroom. All spaces are thoughtfully furnished to fit your needs for entertainment, rest and relaxation.

Perfect for a family weekend in Milwaukee and exactly as pictured. The townhome is spacious and very clean, with two large floors, plenty of room and updates throughout. There is ample and easy street parking in front of the townhome, and a quick drive to downtown Milwaukee. The neighborhood is quiet. The host is very communicative and provided easy to follow instructions. There are a lot of stairs - both leading up to the townhome, once you enter, and a spiral staircase (as shown in the pictures), which were challenging for one of our family members with limited mobility but they were able to navigate. And, there are bedrooms on the first floor.

Communication was great! Beautiful old architecture. Location, location, location is great and safe. You can walk to bars. If you have mobility issues please note that there are stairs up to the home, inside the home, and you might have to park a block or two down from the house. Beds were very comfortable with high end sheets.

Thank you for your lovely review. We offer a fun experience of chic cozy downtown living. And yes we are a 2-story townhouse so it’s a flight of stairs from first to second floor to loft as seen in our listing photos. It’s a very nice downtown Milwaukee location!!

Stayed 2 nights with my family. Kitchen cabinets were sticky. Upstairs bathroom was rougher than I expected.Location was great. Off street parking was fine. Back bedroom upstairs was very bright in morning . It needs a drape because of sunrise.

Tonga was great communicating before, during and after the stay. Check in was super easy, place was as listed. Enough space for 6 adults to comfortably reside. Walking distance to a lot of great places on Barry St. Highly recommend for any who want to stay.

I am sorry that you did not have a good stay in Milwaukee. Our photos are an exact representation of the property and show the stairs. We also clearly advise that stairs are involved. We acknowledge that due to stairs the rental may not be ideal for someone with mobility limitations or physical disability. As you can see from our listing we have great reviews and do our best to provide great service to our guests.

We stayed at this house for a girls weekend in MKE. First, there is no dishwasher in the apartment. All dishes must be handwashed. The king bedroom upstairs had a broken bed leg and the air hockey table upstairs did not work. There are no extra paper products in the apartment. No paper towels, no kleenex. If you plan to make meals in the apartment, there are minimal mixing bowls and dishes. There are 25 stairs leading into the apartment, so keep that in mind. I spilled grease on a pair of shoes during the weekend and went to wash & dry the shoes in the washer & dryer. The dryer was full of towels, washcloths, sheets, pillowcases, etc. that had to be folded before I could use the dryer.

Thank you for bringing some deficiencies to my attention. The rental is on second floor of townhouse style building and we clearly show the stairs on our listing photos. Our staff dropped the ball by not clearing out the dryer and putting out extra paper towels per our own standard practice. I wish you had sent me a message, would have taken care of it promptly. These shortcomings do not reflect our own standards and the great experiences that our other guests have. We would improve to maintain that consistency!

The location is fantastic, so many great places for food, drinks, coffee nearby. The place was very clean and well appointed. I wish we had more a/c units as the Sept. afternoons got warm. But I'd stay there again and will recommend it to friends.
