With 4 bathrooms equipped with many amenities, your stay will be delightful. Additional space includes a cozy living room with space for an extra twin bed air mattress if needed. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Texas A&M University, this is the perfect base for attending any university event, whether it’s a game, a graduation ceremony, Ring Day, or another special occasion. Additionally, you’ll find a range of amenities close by-- 36 diverse restaurants, HEB for your grocery needs, Costco, and Gold’s Gym. Each room is equipped with Smart TVs, allowing you to log into your preferred streaming services and enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your stay. Outside patio with umbrella table and grill with supplies are also available. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
