With 3 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home. The living room offers a cozy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Enjoy the marvelous and gorgeous interior as you relax in this charming vacation rental. Large pool with firepit and cornhole. Plenty of Beach gear and dock with lift. We are available to answer any questions while you stay at our place 24 hours a day to make your stay five stars!

The pictures online were very deceiving. The pictures looked much better than what the house looked. It needs some TLC.The place needs lots of updates and repairs. Overall cleanliness was OK. Worked for our family and we enjoyed our stay.

The location is truly wonderful. Close to the grocery store and to the heart of Fort Meyers beach. It's an easy walk walk to the beach from the house. We did it multiple times with little kids. Having the pool and the great pool deck was key for us, especially for the kids. They would be in the pool first thing each morning. The host supplied pool toys as well as a wagon you can use to take to the beach. The pool deck and upper deck were wonderful places to spend time. I'm giving 5 stars for the responsiveness and kindness of the host, the location, and the pool. The house with the 5 rooms was great for our family. It was obvious there was work being done in the house and it would have been nice to have a heads up ahead of our arrival.

Great get-way in a beautiful home!

Spent July 4th 2025 with our family and the house was great. Right on the canal that fit our 13ft boat along with our kayak. Probably fits up to a 25 ft sized boat tied up to the dock. Easy access to the ocean. House was clean and a/c works very well! Walk to the beach is about 10 minutes.

I am still giving five stars because the stay was great! I love Ft. Myers beach and the people. They had a mulett toss bar hopping contest going on which was sooo much fun! I do have to say the house wasn't as clean as I expected upon arrival and it is unfinished from the hurricanes (which I understand) I also wish there was more clear directions on check out (sheets, dishes, garbage etc..

We pride ourselves on a five star stay therefore I hire a commercial cleaning group they will be notified of your indication upon arrival, the remaining cosmetic repairs in the laundry room are being addressed however, thankfully our home has been busy with guests; that being said contractors can’t be in and out while we have guests working on it. Regarding checkout, everything is defined on the communication thread of VRBO. We will figure out a better process for the next guest. We truly appreciate your booking. It’s helped us bounce back from a very difficult few years of hurricane destruction.

The house was a little worse for wear. Apparently the damage from hurricane Ian in 2022 still hasn’t been fixed. Cracked tiles, mold and mildew (my husband found mold and mildew cleaner, unopened, and set it on the dryer as a gentle reminder to use it), broken exterior stairs blocked off, very sketchy steps coming from the deck to the pool (not attached to the ground, the whole thing sways), broken interior accordion door to downstairs bedroom (so my dad had no privacy), paint damage, open holes in the ceiling where a fan used to be with wires hanging out, the door to the front balcony didn’t want to close due to damage, the door from the living room going out to the back deck sounded like it was breaking every time you opened it. Now, I can’t fault the owners 100% for the full trash and recycling or the filthy pool, as that could’ve been from the previous renters, but the ants should’ve been prevented or quickly dealt with. I think it would help if the owners actually lived closer, or visited more often, or even repaired the property before they started renting again. We expected a lot better for the price. The girls (owners) seem nice enough, but despite my complaints/informing them of the issues and my request for at least a partial refund, they ignored that request completely, zero acknowledgment. We even bought them a new chlorine dispenser because there’s was broken.

Good time

We have great time except for the neighbor that started to bang on the fence and screaming, offending and disrespecting our guests complaining for the noise. We have to call the police for her to calm down.

Great weekend!

One of the best stocked homes I’ve stayed at! It had a fully stocked kitchen with lots of appliances. Soooo many beach towel’s. Even a few air mattress’s! Quite a bit rafts/floaties and pool toys! Waking up and sitting outside by the pool and the canal was a plus! Not a long walk from the house to the sand, but from the beginning of the sand to the ocean was a trek. That part of the beach has very soft sand which makes it tough to pull a beach cart through it. But overall great experience!
