Beautifully Appointed Gulf Access Heated Pool Home Located in the coveted Rose Garden. This home is Situated on the Premiere 200'+wide "CASABA CANAL", only mins to the River & Gulf Of Mexico. This Beautiful home offers 3200 sq ft & features 6 bedrooms, 4 baths & Great Room. The Kitchen has a brand new electric Stove, Granite, & Custom Wood Cabinetry. Formal & Casual Dining Areas, inside & out, for entertaining. The Master bedroom is located on the 1st floor, Beautiful Master Bath with Gorgeous Walk-in Shower, Soaking Tub, & Double Vanities. Two additional Bedrooms & Pool Bath can be found on the 1st floor. Upstairs awaits you... 3 more Guest Rooms & 2 Baths to keep all our guests comfortable. Outside enjoy a spacious Lanai overlooking the Beautiful Heated Pool & Spa! Boaters will enjoy the Superb Boating Access, No Bridges or Locks! Composite Dock & large Captains Walk. If you are bringing a boat there is plenty of room to tie up to the dock. Relax under the Tiki Hut & enjoy the Boats and Fantastic Views! We have 2 Kayaks to use at the home (at your own risk of course). They are on an easy to use lift and you can spend hours enjoying the canals! Or if you like to stay home you can do the same from the hot tub or sitting on the dock, you will be amazed with all the wildlife you will see! This is outside living at its finest in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Cape Coral. You will enjoy every minute of your vacation in this home.
The owner has upgraded the TV's recently so we have the main living room and lanai TV hooked up to Cable & Roku. Then the Master bedroom, 1 downstairs bedroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms that have TV's with Roku & HD antennas to get basic channels. Roku allows you to be able watch your own netflix accounts on any of the TV's! If you have any questions please just ask.
We have fishing poles, bikes, kayaks, cooler, beach equipment, some pool floats, beach towels and more! Ask questions if you have them!

This house slept 9 of us comfortably. The pool area is nice, the dock offers seating and fishing. We saw a few manatees. The neighborhood is very beautiful. We loved how close it is to fort myers and sanibel island. Cape Coral is a beautiful city. This house is well stocked with every day living kitchen and bathroom items.

We just returned from a 9 day stay at this property and it was everything the listing said! The home is very well maintained and was super clean. It’s a great location for seeing boats, manatees, fish and even shark! Close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home!

The house was beautiful and well appointed. It was clean and had everything our group needed. Some of the tiles in the pool area were loose and there was some grout or something that felt very sandy around the pool also, (very minor detail but wanted to mention it.)Gorgeous home and perfect location!! We saw dolphins, manatees, lots of fish and beautiful birds right from the dock. Our communication with the host was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay. 3 families with four teenagers. There was plenty to do, whether it was swimming kayaking fishing or just sitting around enjoying the view of manatees swimming by the dock. Host was very responsive to our questions/inquiries. Would definitively go back.

We feel the house was very nice, clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The house needs a little upkeep…light bulbs, pillows lacking, mattress some good some not, kayaks are showing wear-cracks. On the whole it was good 4 stars

Thanks for the review. I am always here if you have any issues and I would gladly have gotten you lightbulbs if you needed them. Again if you needed more pillows I could have helped with that as well. Lastly the kayaks are new…I bought them this summer …. They are green and we keep them in the garage so they stay nice, I am afraid maybe you were looking at the one older one that the owner loves? I’m not sure with that comment but the green ones are brand new!! Always call me next time if you have questions! We want everyone to have a great time!!

The property is beautiful! We wanted a low key relaxing week to visit and that’s what we got.The pool area was fantastic and Jill just got some new pool floats that were perfect!Better pillows on the beds would be nice. They are pretty flat.A fantastic stay!

Comfortable place

Easy entry and exit. Great location to boat from. The dock was a great place to enjoy the boat traffic. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temp. Comfortable couches, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Really enjoyed our stay.

Girls trip

The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed! We were lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees off the dock. Also, the pool and spa at sunset was spectacular! The property manager was awesome and responded quickly to all messages.

Beautiful Location. Love Cape Coral. Just sitting on the dock watching all the boats go by was so relaxing. The house is very well laid out.

Great Place!

Beautiful house and property in a quiet neighborhood. WiFi had some periodic issues as did the hot tub. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Family Vacation

Our Father and his 4 kids together for the week. Great time and the house gave us the room we needed. Early morning Ladyfish, snapper and trout cooperated too.

Absolutely Beautiful Home

This home was just as advertised. Beautiful home, well stocked, clean and absolutely amazing. The check-in process was easy and the property manager, Jill, was awesome. The pool, spa and the view of the waterway were the best parts of our stay. The Cape Coral area was nice and the area restaurants were fantastic. Will definitely be booking another stay.

Beautiful home! Very clean and roomy! The pool is amazing! We had a bit of trouble with the hot tub, but the host was great working with us. Fishing was fun right off the dock, I caught snapper and sheepshead (released them). There were several restaurants in the area and plenty of choices for groceries. We cooked in several nights.

Highly recommend

We have stayed in multiple homes in the Cape Coral area and this has been our favorite by far! Amenities were excellent and never felt we lacked anything! I highly recommend this home
