Newly remodeled duplex style house located 2 blocks from the downtown court square and 3 blocks from Harding campus. Our centrally located property provides a great location for all that downtown Searcy and Harding have to offer. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, full kitchen and living room area. We offer free Wi-Fi internet along with off street parking for 2 vehicles.

NO pets or smoking on the property, due to allergies of other guest. If the house smells like smoke, pet hair or there is excessive cleaning upon checkout, you will be charged a 100 dollar cleaning fee

Plenty of space and very clean! Such a comfortable place to come back to after getting our son started at Harding University. We hope to stay here again!

We needed a place close to Harding campus for a quick overnight visit. This location was perfect, the place was clean, and beds were comfy! A three bedroom unit for cheaper than the local hotels! It was perfect!

Great location for those attending events at Harding at a reasonable price. The house was clean and had most of the amenities we needed while attending a conference. While the property is older, it has been updated and there were no major issues. We had a couple of minor issues, but the host responded quickly and got them fixed.

This half of a duplex is so cute! It was a great place for our family of 5 to stay, and very convenient to Harding University. We noticed it was clean and homey as soon as we arrived. Check-in was so easy with the info Amanda sent us. We had no issues. The beds were all very comfortable. The A/C worked great, which was wonderful with the heat outside. The three bedrooms and main living area allowed us to spread out and have our own spaces as needed. Having the 2 full bathrooms was also so nice. The host provided plenty of towels. The master bathroom was on the smaller side, but met our needs. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, enough for some simple meals. We chose to hand wash the few dishes we used, so I can’t speak for how well the dishwasher works, but the oven, gas stove & microwave worked well. Even though it was a duplex, we did not experience any noise issues from the other side while we were there. The host, Amanda, was great to work with! We look forward to staying either here or in one of her other Bison houses on future visits to Searcy.

All aspects of our stay were great. Kitchen facilities, check-in, cleanliness, communication, Wi-Fi access, centrally located, great air conditioning, nice back patio area and any help we needed. We would highly recommend Bison Hall 4.

This unit was basic to say the least...Only 1 small TV for a 3 bedroom unit. No way to hang any clothes in the main bedroom. I am 5'1" tall and 2 of the beds were too high for me to climb into ! 2 raised thresh holds into the main bedroom..Kitchen cabinets were in bad shape..handles missing and some would not stay closed. The coffee pot was on its last leg and was so noisy it woke up the whole place.

Newly listed property but is still lacking!!

We have stayed in numerous VRBOs and Air B&Bs over the years. This stay was our least favorite for many reasons. I feel like the owners listed the property too soon before they were fully ready for guests. It was evident that some work had been done on the house, but there is still more to be done. The house is located in a college town and there was not any decor for the college, it didn’t feel warm and inviting. 1. An easy win: go to Sam’s Club and purchase the hotel pack of towels, that are clean and without spots! 2. Another easy win: provide paper towels and Kleenex; your guests will appreciate them in the kitchen and bathrooms. 3. Last easy win: keep your toiletries filled with refills so it is inviting for guests to want to use them instead of almost empty bottles and toilet paper rolls. It would also be nice to have closet space available in the master, instead of every closet being locked. 4. Long term, the glass door in the master bedroom is a nuisance and doesn’t fit the room. It makes the room uncomfortable to change clothes and have privacy. 5. Long term, the furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable and caused back and hip pain. I wish I could rate this property higher, but simply cannot. I will also not stay at this property again when we come back into town for the various trips related to our daughter attending Harding next year.
