The home is two stories. On the main level there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bathroom is also accessible from the main hallway. The third bedroom is the primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet and shower. The primary bedroom also has access to the deck and hot tub. There is a set of stairs that leads down to the lower-level bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with a king bed on the lower level. There is also a shared guest bathroom with a shower. There is also a game room, kitchenette, and second laundry room on the lower level. The lower level can also be accessed by an external set of stairs and private outdoor entrance.


-Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.

*There will be a refundable security deposit placed on your card three days prior to your stay. The security deposit will automatically be released after your stay upon inspection of the property.*
-No Smoking on the property: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
