This was an amazing place to stay. Great house. Great location. Hiking trails if you walk to the top of the hill. The kitchen is well appointed with basic spices, pots and pans. The bathrooms have shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There are box fans in each bedroom and ceiling fans. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend this house.

This place was just as it is listed. We enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect for stargazing at night. I slept in the main bathroom downstairs and the mattress was so very comfortable and cozy and the kitchen has plenty of counter space to cook meals. I 100% recommend staying here!

Hot tub was amazing! Great location overall as a base for hiking and visiting GCNP. Cute, quiet neighborhood at the edge of town. Only things missing were tissues and a pizza pan.

Relaxing stay

We had a relaxing quiet stay in this beautiful, well maintained home. Lots of space with 4 bedroom and multiple bathrooms . Amazing time spent in the hot tub under the stars. Also relaxing trail starting from end of road through the woods connecting to Arizona trail and Picture Canyon!

We enjoyed staying in this clean home located in a gorgeous Flagstaff neighborhood. The hot tub was clean and heated for us upon arrival, which was a great touch. The beds were comfortable, though lower than expected.The home didn’t include any extras such as sugar, Kleenex, or other small amenities that many rentals provide. I love sugar with my coffee, so I missed having that available. It feels like the owners may not have stayed in the home themselves yet — stocking a few basics would really elevate the experience.The host’s response time was on the slower side, but their answers were helpful and accommodating once they replied. With a bit more attention to guest essentials, this rental could be excellent.

Excellent

It was our first time ever staying in a rental like this and it was a 10/10. It was exactly like the photos shown and we had quick responses from the property management company if we need help or had questions. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, plenty of towels, and supplies. The home was very clean and tidy when we got there. I highly recommended this place.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Lots of space with four bedrooms. Great views from the back and upper deck. Loved the hot tub in the back for star-gazing and recovery from mountain biking and hiking. The trails out of the neighborhood to the Arizona Trail and Picture Canyon Preserve are super convenient. Beautiful canyon with petroglyphs to view! Great communications by the host.

The host was amazing with communication and responsed quickly with any of our needs. The property itself was very nice with all needs on hand if you just wanted to stay and make a meal. Our family enjoyed the houses layout with enough space to have some separation but also had great cozy areas for family activities. The location was great for Flagstaff and surrounding areas like the grand canyon and Sedona. The Jacuzzi was very user friendly and super accessible for even younger kids.
