This home could use maintenance. Fire pit is rusted out and not usable, corn hole game is broken, pool table is not level, deck is in poor condition, beds are very lumpy, drains in downstairs bathroom tub and sink backed up with nasty looking stuff. Owner was very apologetic and promised to fix things after we checked out. We stayed 3 nights on a weekend and there was not much he could do. The pictures are much nicer than the actual property. It is in a nice area and a good size house.

Great location, easy check in and communication with host. House was pretty clean, there were a few things that needed fixed but nothing major. I would probably recommend this property to a friend based on our stay experience.

The house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the deck and patio very much. Will be recommending this to any that we know heading that direction.

Everything was beautifully decorated, welcoming and comfortable. No troubles checking in or out. Close to everything, adequately stocked. We had a great time visiting our son at UNO for his fall break. We visited Valas Apple Orchard for a day that was a highlight!! Thanks to Mackenzie for great communication and a pleasant stay!

This house was great! We had two families and multiple teenagers and younger. They were all able have their own space. The fire pit was a hit for s’mores and having the upper deck was nice for the adults. The hosts were great and so nice.

Property was experiencing issues with city sewer before we arrived. Host gave us two hour notice that one of the bathrooms was out of order. With a party of eight, that was significant. We agreed to a discounted rate & completed ourstay. It was too late to make alternate arrangements. Things worked out & we had a nice stay considering. Mackensie worked with us & I felt she done right by us. We would stay there again.

The curb appeal was not good at all. Lots of weeds The ledge going into the kitchen is a trip hazard. The bathroom sink in the basement had no hot waterThe property is not 3 bathrooms as stated. Only 2 1/2The whole property could use a deep cleaning. Would probably not rent again

Plenty of room first floor and basement. Comfortable beds. I did suggest to the host that a book with info in it would be a good addition to the VRBO (wifi password, checkout info, etc.), and a few more baking dishes. We cooked in rather than going out and we had plenty of pots and pans but could have used some baking dishes and muffin pans. A Keurig was available, but if you like stronger coffee, you might need to run to a nearby coffee shop. The sofa did feel like it had a sturdy back, so we put it against the wall. This was mentioned in an earlier review by someone, so we wanted to make sure others knew as well. Placing the back against the wall gave us plenty more room for the little ones to play. It worked out beautifully! The host was great as well.

We had a funeral to attend. The booking was easy and the management team answered all questions once we arrived. The house did not seem to be cleaned as the floors were not swept and we found personal belongings on the living room couch cushion. We were not able to sit on the couch in fear of breaking the back of the couch. The kitchen flooring has signs of water damage and the basement bathroom had the floor ripped up do to sewer damage explained by management. The house had plenty of room for our family but it was unfinsished with little attention to detail for a VRBO.

This is a lovely house with lots of space. However the kitchen is rather small if you’re entertaining. Not a problem if you plan to mostly eat out during your stay. You’re on vacation, right? Easy check-in and check out. The host was quick to send the handyman when we told him of issues with the keypad.

House was excellent. Stay was great. House was fun for our boys who played in a baseball tournament in Omaha during CWS. A few things needed fixing but the host was excellent in responding to my communication and staying on top of it. Overall, really enjoyed the house.

Overall a great stay. House was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and bathrooms/showers excellent. The house was very clean , only gripe was the pans. I got the impression the owner had a big prior group and tough turnover. I highly recommend, the location is great. Price reasonable , perfect for a family gathering. Thanks and would definitely book again
