The condo is located on the upper level, and we will double check that the stair access is clearly noted in the listing, although it should already be indicated there. The rental agreement is standard practice in the short-term rental industry and helps protect both guests and property owners by outlining policies and expectations for the stay. Our check-out time is 10:00 AM, which was changed from 11:00 AM to allow enough time for housekeeping to properly prepare the unit for same-day arrivals. Thank you for pointing out the outdated 11:00 AM information inside the condo — we will get that corrected. The signs throughout the property are simply there to help guests avoid accidental damages and additional charges while helping us protect and maintain the property for future guests. Parking on Manasota Key is very limited overall, and parking rules are set by the association and local regulations.
