Stay together in this newly built, cozy studio condo just minutes from the beach, bars & restaurants. Sit back, relax and enjoy the sunrise on the bay or sunset on the beach! This cozy studio can accommodate up to 4 guests. This unit has wifi, cable, kitchenette, bath, living room with queen murphy bed and a sofa bed. Fully stocked with towels, shampoo, linens & kitchenware, and coffee machine. Enjoy our private heated pool and BBQ grills to prepare your steaks or local seafood. All the amenities needed for families or small groups to spend more time together … for less.
Ideal location in the heart of Manasota Key. The beach is just steps away, while the bay side has boat docks available on a first come, first served basis. We'll supply the beach towels, pool noodles, beach chairs and even the cooler for your refreshments! And don't forget to check out our private pier!

Perfect honeymoon getaway

We booked the room for our honeymoon. The room was great. All the amenities were also great. The only blight was the pool getti g closed for repairs. But we were compensated with a late checkout that was really appreciated. We are already lookg at booking again in the future.

We had a wonderful time the bay on one side and the gulf just across the street and we were 4 mins from 2 other beaches would go back again!!!

Relaxing stay

Property was neat, clean and we found it to be exactly as described. We mostly had the whole place to ourselves and had more than enough time to enjoy the amenities!

Anniversary trip

Convenient location to quiet beach. Beautiful sunsets. Lots of treasures found. We enjoyed a sunset cruise and had a excellent meal at Farlows on the water. The condo was everything we needed and had all the beach supplies for you to enjoy.

Beach getaway

Located on the intercoastal waterway with beach and dock. My kids loved the heated pool. Short walk to the gulf of mexico. Spent our afternoons at the beach. Looking for sharks teeth and shells. A pleasant, beautiful area.

Amazing!!

We had an incredible spring break week! Our condo was clean and had everything that a small family of three needed. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach and a gorgeous heated pool right below us! We walked to dinner every night and enjoyed fishing off the docks in the bay directly behind the condo! Check in was easy breezy and I can’t wait to stay again!!!!

This condo was fabulous. Greatly exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern, packed with amenities. Couple minute walk to the beach, and to multiple restaurants. One restaurant is right next door, and was fabulous as well. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful beaches all around. Highly recommend!

Amazing location clean property

We loved this vrbo, from the private pool, bay, and private beach it was perfect for our honeymoon. An amazing beach and great selection of restaurants near by. The only thing we’re a little disappointed about was not all of the supplies that were listed were included. However we are planning on coming back here next year! :)

After our arrival in the uncleaned unit owner was very supportive

He kept in touch during our stay making sure that all was well. It would be nice if there were more forks; four really do not suffice. Having said this, I have to say that we enjoyed our stay very much and have already arranged for another two-month stay next year. Thank you, Daniel

Would not stay at places with adjoining doors

Someone opened the adjoining door from another condo in the middle of the night. Could not fall back to sleep after that.
