Stay together in this newly built, cozy studio condo just minutes from the beach, bars & restaurants. Sit back, relax and enjoy the sunrise on the bay or sunset on the beach! This cozy studio can accommodate up to 2 guests. This unit has wifi, cable, kitchenette, bath, living room with queen murphy bed and a sofa bed. Fully stocked with towels, linens & kitchenware, and coffee machine. Enjoy our private heated pool and BBQ grills to prepare your steaks or local seafood. All the amenities needed for you to spend more time together … for less.
Ideal location in the heart of Manasota Key. The beach is just steps away, while the bay side has boat docks available on a first come, first served basis. We'll supply the beach towels, pool noodles, beach chairs and even the cooler for your refreshments! And don't forget to check out our private pier!

This VRBO had everything we needed! Our anniversary stay was perfect! It was quiet the pool was amazing. It has everything you need for a day at the beach! Which is a 2 minute walk. It even has coolers to use. Great location for restaurants. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

This place was perfect for our little getaway. We enjoyed being across the street from the beach, the heated pool, having everything we needed: beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, a very comfortable bed, and a everything we needed. We could walk to restaurants which was great!

We enjoyed our stay. we have stayed in this complex several times in the past. The studio was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was clean and had several chairs. We love the location - across from the beach and walkable to several restaurants.

unit was clean and as described. The walls were very thin so we could hear everything from the next unit and the internet reception was very low. Unfortunately while we were there it was very cool so we stayed in the room more than we normally would have. Didn’t use the pool or washer at all.
