POOL HEATING

We offer complimentary pool heating during cooler months when the heater is in operation. If a heated pool is important for your trip, please message us before booking and we'll be happy to confirm availability for your dates.

PET POLICY

We love welcoming four-legged guests too! One dog under 40 lbs is welcome with prior approval and a $100 pet fee. Dogs may not be left unattended in the home. Please see our house rules for complete pet guidelines.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING

To keep the home fresh and comfortable for everyone, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
