New Eastside ATX Home w/ Heated POOL

Live like a local in this new, modern house in the heart of dynamic East Austin. Top restaurants, cafes, craft breweries, bars and live music are easily accessible by foot, bike or scooter. Outdoorsy type? Town Lake is 3 blocks south for a stroll or bike along the 10-mile loop of shaded trail and boardwalk, or you can rent a paddleboard downtown 5 minutes away and get out on the water. When you’re done exploring come hang by the heated plunge pool or the firepit in the shared courtyard.

The 2-story house offers 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, each on its own floor for added privacy. Stretch out in the spacious living room, bathed in light from the 3 huge sliding glass doors. Enjoy the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with all you need to prepare a delicious meal -- or bring your own charcoal and grill and eat outside on the patio. Fast fiber internet, Smart TV, Stocked coffee bar.

The courtyard is shared with guests that may be staying in the other bungalow (there are 2 houses on property -- common in east Austin). The pool can be heated during our cooler months between Oct - May.

The great thing about East Austin is it's a neighborhood that's close to everything, but with a great neighborhood comes neighbors! We have strict quiet hours outside from 10pm - 7am each night. This is THE place to have fun but please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise at a reasonable volume while outside. Noise levels are monitored by Minut to prevent loud parties, damage to our property and noise complaints from neighbors. Come to have fun but please be respectful of our neighbors and our property during your stay.

This property is non-smoking. Guests that smoke inside (including vaping) will be charged a $500 cleaning fee and will be responsible for replacing any items damaged by smoke and cigarettes.

There is driveway parking available in front or guests can use any open street parking nearby.
