Great property in Charlotte

We had a great stay at this property. The house was well stocked with amenities, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed the rooftop patio. The property was in a gorgeous neighborhood and in walking distance to a few restaurants and easily accessible to downtown. The host was very responsive and the stay was a great value for the money.

We found this property while looking to stay close to the Bank of America stadium. It was perfect for us. We walked to the stadium through a convenient greenway right by the house in under 20 mins. We were able to break up the walk back by stopping at Jackbeagles for food and drinks. The property was so convenient for our weekend trip. It was stocked with everything we needed and was clean and orderly. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again whenever we're back in Charlotte.

Property was more than we actually expected. We travel quite a bit with our family and the host kept in mind all essentials needed that we normally have tk bring with us! Would definitely recommend and book again!

Beautiful home away from home!

Cannot say enough about this beautiful property! We had our two adult children and my son’s Golden with us. It was so nice to all be together in such a clean, beautiful home! All the amenities were great, the construction was top notch, and I loved how two bedrooms were on the top floor and it was very quiet so our kids could sleep in. Beds were so comfortable, and the showers had great water flow. The location is so close to everything and it is a very quiet neighborhood. Jonathan was great, and responded to my emails right away, and he was so accommodating. I would definitely go back when I visit our son in Charlotte, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Charlotte!!

2 night getaway

This property is well maintained and the host’s attention to detail for guest is top notch. The kitchen was well equipped with things you might need to cook during your stay but also a great proximity to things downtown if you prefer to dine out. Everything was perfect for our visit to CLT. The communication with the host was timely when questions arose during our stay. Overall we had a great trip, loved this property and would definitely book again in the future.

Everything about the rental was thought out with comfort in mind. Adding a great location for walking to the City. The area also offers many restaurants with a relaxed atmosphere.
