Welcome to The Experience, a one of a kind stay in Calgary developed by our team at Incorporate Living, where you leave your fees and cares behind.
This incredible property features 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, sports pub, pool table, theatre, karaoke, arcade, and lavish outdoor and indoor entertainment space!
Sleeps 10+ and is perfect for family vacations, birthdays, celebrations, corporate events, bridal or bachelor events or just a local oasis get away!
The Space:
Property can easily host 10 in comfort with incredible amenities for Guests:
> A varied of well outfitted and immaculately designed bedrooms, with King (2), Queen (2) and Twin (2) beds; Twin beds share a room.
> Each room has ample clothing storage and individual laundry hampers for longer stays
> 2 irons, 2 ironing boards and a steamer for larger group special event planning.
> Each room has its own smart TV
> Two full bathrooms, one with tub, one walk in shower.
> Half bath to complement and provide additional services.
> Spa like amenities in each bathroom including hand soaps, lotion, and in the 2 full baths you have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
> Fully equipped Kitchen with all cookware, bakeware and utensils so you can create full meals during your stay.
> Multiple fridges on site (1 full, 1 pub, 1 half size)
> Incredible high end coffee machine with 12 brew varieties (Espresso, Latte, Cappuccino, and much more)!
> Bean grinder and French press.
> Indoor and outdoor glassware and flatware.
> Large quantities of stemware
> Double high efficient laundry systems (2 washers, 2 driers)

Outdoor amenities have noise maximums during quiet hours and pool has operational hours that must be followed.

• Outdoor amenities have noise maximums during quiet hours and pool has operational hours that must be followed.
• Pool availability is seasonal based on rough timeframes of May - Early Sept.
*Note* - Pool is closed for the season, however depending on outdoor temperature and event booked it can be available for bookings.
The Neighborhood:
Mayland Heights is a residential neighborhood in the Northeast quadrant of Calgary, Alberta, fully established in 1962.
It is bounded by Barlow Trail to the East, Memorial Drive to the South, Deerfoot Trail to the West and Trans-Canada Highway (16th Avenue) to the North.
An older neighborhood of Calgary, gentrification is beginning due to the advantages of the close proximity to the City Centre, as well as the easy connections to the Trans Canada Highway, Deerfoot Trail, Memorial Drive as well as just 13 minutes from the City of Calgary Airport.
Other Things to Note:
Please Note:
• All bookings are subject to a 3rd party I.D. verification process and Damage Waiver (with fee) or Damage Deposit (with fee) , failure to be approved by the I.D. process may void your booking.
• Events or shorter stay requests can be possible, discuss with the Inc Liv team prior to booking.
• Property has a designated smoking area, all other areas are smoke and vape free
• Strict policies as to no glassware outside or in the Hot Tub (plastics provided)
• Strict pool and hot tub safety requirements
• Disruptive parties, excessive noise or occupancy above posted permitted values will not be permitted and may immediately void your booking and terminate your stay.
• The use of glitter for celebrations or craft projects or other uses is prohibited. Confetti is allowed only if it is fully cleaned up by guests. A cleaning fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any glitter or confetti left behind.
Interaction with Guests:
The Inc Liv team is available digitally via the Airbnb app from 7am - 11pm daily.
Outside of these hours we can be directly contacted via phone for emergencies.
Beyond our initial communications prior to arrival, and one "check in on the guest" message, our guests are left to enjoy their stay.
