Make new memories in Colorado with friends and family at your home away from home. This lovely house has lots of space and 3 relaxing bedrooms with wall mounted TV’s for unwinding after a day of adventures. The primary en suite has a King size bed with a double sink bathroom. New AC and Furnace installed July 2025. Waffle make provided.

Short drive to Anschultz Medical Center and hospitals in Aurora.

Perfect stay! Great location, clean house, comfy beds. Would absolutely stay again! The house did NOT have tissues or extra paper towels/toilet paper, so we did have to buy those, other than that, zero complainants!

Super clean and comfortable home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had every amenity that we needed and more. The furniture and beds were comfy, a/c was cold, plenty of hot water, super nice kitchen and the wifi worked well. It was a great plus to have access to the garage, we really appreciated it! We plan to be back same time next year - Thank you!

We had a really nice stay at this VRBO property. The listing was accurate, and the home was decently clean when we arrived. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of the host leaving a big box of cereal and milk for our kids for breakfast—that was so kind and made our first morning easier.We could have used a couple extra blankets as some of the kids got cold during the night. Overall, it was clear the host tried hard to ensure our stay was pleasant. We’d recommend this property for families looking for a comfortable base for their vacation.

This was the perfect location for everything we needed to do. Great communication from our host and she surprised us with donuts. Such a great touch. One thing to note is there are no rooms on the main level. Id definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It fit our needs perfectly. Cynthia was a pleasure to work with. It was the sweetest surprise having cereal and milk ready to use on our arrival. It kept us from unloading our very large ice chest for just 2 nights. We'd definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeways and a short drive from things in downtown Denver. Cynthia and Terry are very responsive hosts. You will not be disappointed staying here!!

We had a great time and Cynthia was an excellent host. We appreciated the comfortable beds, high quality linens, and the personal touches such as folding chairs and a cooler that made our days at Aurora Sports Park more comfortable.

The house was exactly as posted , and we were welcome with donuts and a sweet note, everything was very clean and Cynthia was a wonderful host, great communication, especially when I accidentally locked the thermostat. The house is in a very nice neighborhood. Only about 20 minutes from all shopping and restaurants.

Great house for families

Cute house, kid friendly, host went above and beyond by getting a highchair and pack-n-play. Check n and check out was easy. We had a wonderful time.

Great location for a four day stay for three couples! It's close to the airport and Aurora Sports Park. The house even had a rolling cooler and camping chairs for guests to borrow, which is exactly what we needed for the softball tournament. Great communication with the owners. I highly recommend!

CLEAANNNNNNNNN. DID I MENTION CLEANNN??!The check in process couldn’t have been easier. This was my first time ever renting a property for a vacation weekend, and I was so worried that *I would screw something up, but Cynthia made everything simple, and the warm touches waiting on us when we arrived were just so nice. Check-out requests were kept pretty simple, also. Little gathering up to do with things in the home that we used, but really, nothing you wouldn’t do in your own home. I was so happy with how well this stay worked out for us. 10/10 property host

Home away from home. Very clean. Great communication and friendly host. We came in from California to visit with my son, daughter in-law and 9month old grand baby who lives in the springs. This property had everything we needed. Close to the airport and shopping. Plenty of towels & the kitchen had everything we needed to make home cooked meals. We really enjoyed our time.

Thanksgiving trip

We came to Colorado for Thanksgiving with family and had the opportunity to stay at this residence. It was cozy, the beds were comfortable and perfect for what we needed. It was close to DIA and not far from Southlands. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate. While we didn't use the kitchen, it seemed to have everything someone would need. Communication with Cynthia was also excellent. Would very much recommend staying here.

I’d like to share the pros and cons from my perspective: PROS: Super clean, well equipped for our week stay, large master bedroom, very comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood. CONS: I assume the photos were taken several years ago as the condition of the home was disappointing. Examples: The door out to the garage looked like it had previously been broken into and the deadbolt no longer worked. There was water damage by the slider in the kitchen and the wood flooring was coming apart. Additionally, the photos of the yard look like it’s private, however it is not and it’s open to other’s yards only divided by a picket fences.
