We love to take advantage of our 300+ sunny days by adventuring outside. Hiking, biking, skiing, camping, and swimming are some of our favorite things. We love to go to our plethora of museums on cloudy or snowy days. I am happy to give recommendations on many different tourist attractions. We are happy to share our home with you.

Close to all Denver attractions and a short drive to the mountains, Colorado Proud puts you in a prime location to enjoy Denver and Colorado easily. Our neighborhood has great walkability. Parks, museums, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Coffee shops and grocery stores are only 2 blocks away. Easy access to the highway to take you right to the mountains. Downtown Denver and the Capitol are less than 2 miles and accessible by walking, biking or public transportation if you do not have a car. Congress Park (Botanic Gardens), City Park (Denver Zoo and Museum of Nature and Science), and Cheesman Park are all within walking distance. Our neighborhood is quiet, friendly and close to everything! The weather is beautiful year round. You can enjoy swinging on the front porch, a BBQ in the backyard or sitting my the fire pit on the back patio. Amenities for children available upon request.
