Great place to stay for family skiing Beaver Creek

We really enjoyed the condo and Kiva amenities (pool, hot tub). Everything was exactly as expected and super convenient to the slopes (and short walk to the village if wanting to head there). Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay at Beaver Creek

The location is ski-in, ski-out which is amazingly convenient. The apartment is in great condition, spacious, and in good working order. The beds were also comfortable :) Pool and hot tub are great after a tiring day on the slopes. Highly recommend!!

Truly Ski and Out

Great stay at beaver creek

Perfect location, fully equipped kitchen, great living area and bedrooms. Ski lockers and ski bridge made it super convenient. Would 100% recommend!

Great location

Well equipped and comfortable. Convenient parking and ski locker. Short walk to ski bridge and lifts. Use the app to order free mini bus pickups throughout the resort. Highly recommend.

Great all around!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The unit is very large and the 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom were perfect for our 2 kids. All beds were comfy too. The location is perfect and offers a ski-in/ski-out that drops off at the Haymeadow Express. Sharon is a wonderful hostess and was very prompt with all communications. I’d definitely stay here again!

Awesome location!

This unit has an amazing location! We love being able to walk out the door, pop on skis, and go! It was also fun in the evenings to walk to the village to eat (about a five minute walk). Thank you so much for letting us use your unit!

Family Vacation

Myself, my wife and our 3 kids stayed here for a family ski/snowboard trip. Check in was a breeze, front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. Parking was tight for the suburban we rented but it fit. The ski lockers were wonderful, could have used a 2nd because we has so much gear. The ski in/out was very handy after sending all day on the mountain. Will definitely stay again.

Week at Kiva

We just got back from 1 week at Kiva Condo in Beaver Creek. Very spacious apartment close to ski school and base area. We are family of 5 and the unit was very comfortable for us. The unit finishes are slightly dated but otherwise in good condition. Very easy and efficient check in and great communication from host and property manager. We had an excellent stay.

Great stay at Beaver Creek!

My husband and I loved staying at Sharon’s condo! Very spacious, cozy, and relaxing space. Living room was perfect for a movie night with comfy couches and a fireplace. The condo was well stocked with necessities and amenities for a perfect stay! The building that the condo is in, the Kiva, is so convenient to other condo complexes, the Hyatt and Village, as well as right on the bus route. The staff at the Kiva are so welcoming, kind, and helpful.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This building is the perfect location if you don't want the noise of the Beaver Creek village but want to be within a VERY short (a couple hundred yards) walking distance to it. Also, the two bedroom condos in this building are the largest in Beaver Creek. The Master Bedroom is huge and both bedrooms have their own private full baths. There is also a third full bath off the kitchen which is a plus if you have guests sleeping in the great room pull out couch and/or chair. Pool, hot tub and sauna are on property.
